    Had some of the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had in the entirely of my life this morning, if you haven’t tried these yet - they’re a MUST! Thank you Dunkin’ crew for making this a memorable morning!

    Overstaffed and still terrible service. We went through the drive-thru which took over 10 minutes to get only 5 cars through. We ordered two coffees and mini bagels. They said they only had everything mini bagels which we were okay with. We were handed our coffees and the lady turned around while were asking about our food order and ignored us. We waited for a minute then honked our horn while we watched the 5 employees stand around talking to each other. After another minute of waiting someone finally came over and we told them that we had ordered bagels as well. She told us that they were out of them and was rather rude about it. I don't understand why you would shift this many people when none of them are even bothering to work.

    On November 12, 2023, my family and I were on our way to Akron to have our beloved pet Zoey put down, who had been suffering from seizures and heart issues. We stopped for coffee at the drive-through, where a kind female employee noticed our dog in the back seat. She offered us a snack for her, but I told her that she might not eat it because of her condition and we were on our way to have her put down ):. She broke down in tears, and so did pretty much everyone else including myself, they all came to the window to express their sympathy and support. My fiancé and I were shocked and touched by their generosity and empathy, and we broke down in tears. They treated our dog as one of their own, they showed us the most amazing kindness, and compassion that we have ever experienced.The employees were so compassionate and understanding that they made a special care package for our dog, with a sandwich and some snacks… I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult journey a little bit easier. They are truly beautiful human beings. 🙏🏼 I was shocked by the love and compassion. Thank you once again. ❤️

    Service above and beyond the norm! A few weeks ago my daughter left her backpack in this Dunkin while on a cross country trip. We assumed that it was lost forever. One of the workers, Tiffany, found her bag and located me on social media to let me know they had it. One of the managers, Emily, held onto the bag for weeks until I was coming through on another trip. I was very impressed with their efforts on behalf of a stranger!! Thank you guys.

    This is the SLOWEST location I have ever been to. Even when there aren't alot of customers it still takes FOREVER to get your order. Waiting for 10-15 minutes for a coffee and a donut should not be happening. And you shouldn't have to go to the pickup counter to tell them what your order is so they will fill it for you.

    Dunkin’ has a winning location here. My wife and our kids stopped into this location last Friday afternoon and we had a great experience. The staff was awesome! Very attentive and interactive with their customers, which can be difficult to accomplish on a busy day. The staff even made my wife a sample to try, which wasn’t expected. I was very happy and inclined to make sure this store was recognized for their good work. I hope the owner or store manager sees this review. Whoever was working at 2pm Friday October 27th needs recognized.

    I usually go to dunkin 1-2 times a week. I did not go at all last week and I went this morning excited to get my fave, cookie butter cold brew. I get to the window and she hands me a coffee with no coldfoam, she then puts coldfoam on it without the cookies. I take a sip. Tastes like WATER. So I go home thinking well at least I get to eat my donut. WRONG. She gave me the complete wrong order. I tried to call multiple times but of course no answer. I went back and explained the situation and the lady at the window says “sorry about that 😐” and continues to swipe my card.Yeah I’m sorry about that too why am I paying for this AGAIN. Honestly cannot wait for the Claremont dunkin to be finished. Hopefully they have better customer service training than the one on 250 🙂

    We love to sit and have a cup of coffee. Very seldom are the tables cleaned off. Also it is ice cold in there. Have to wear a jacket to enjoy the coffee.
