Cody and the team are great. He helped me reach my optimal hair style/look and provided access to the best hair cream I've ever used (American Crew). Barber's chair uber comfy. Facials and wet shaves also awesome. Quality men's pampering very reasonably priced.

Had my hair done by Ryan today and he was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel as though i had been going there for years. Ladies, if you haven’t been in yet or looking for a change then get yourselves down there. You won’t be disappointed. Ryan is an absolute perfectionist. The rest of the staff are also equally as lovely.

I went in for a restyle by Ryan and he was spectacular! When I walked in I was greeted by some very polite people at the front desk. Then I went over to go and get my hair washed. After that I went to go and get my hair cut. Ryan told me what he was going to do before he did it and the hair cut ended up perfect! Exactly like the picture and Exactly what I wanted. Everyone in there was very polite and nice! Loved this experience will recommend!

Natalie and the team provided an amazing service for my wedding hair and make up. In the trials for me and my bridesmaid, they were extremely helpful and patient and really helped us to work out what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, they had a very calming presence while getting us ready. The end results were absolutely fabulous - I am so pleased I found them! I would definitely recommend!

The appointment was 25 minutes late. Rushed off her feet Fiona, managed to find us a room and complained that she only had one sip of water today (hardly my problem!). After I found out that they done use this and that and run on bare minimum I walked out, as rushing staff between hair, make up and bits can hardly deliver a quality bikini waxing job. Would not recommend and won’t go back.

Used this salon a number of times for myself and now my son and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Such a lovely team and so welcoming. Incredible results from every visit 🥰

We had an at home pamper afternoon for a girls weekend and had three therapists visit the house. The treatments were lovely and the ladies were friendly and polite. I personally had Victoria who gave me a full body Swedish massage and it was wonderful. Others had facials, pedicures and Indian head massage and we were all very happy and relaxed when they had finished!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. After booking online for a blow dry for a special occasion, I was called 15 minutes before my appointment to be told my appointment was cancelled. I had paid a deposit online when booking and when politely asking for this back, I was told their “card machine was broken” and I would get it once it had been fixed…this was months ago and I still haven’t had it back. When I rang up to ask again a month or so later, the lady kept hanging up the phone when I mentioned the deposit, which was incredibly rude and again unprofessional. I can live without the money but it’s now the principle and makes this place seem super dodgy and scamming. I unfortunately have a £40 voucher too that I won’t be redeeming as I wouldn’t trust these unprofessional “beauticians” to do any treatments to me. Avoid at all costs.

I use to come to this salon a lot in 2019 and felt that people need to know, not to go for a hair laser removal treatment there. I have been promised to get rid of legs/bikini area after 8 treatments, however I paid another 3 session and still have about 70%hair on my legs/bikini and nothing was done about it. Not only that I have boloyage on my hair that was bleached way for to long. It took ages for hair to recover and bleach was dropped on my top that is ruined now and didn't recive any apologies about it . In the nutshell not a place to spend your money. I have spend over £1000 and nothing was done to improve my experience. Unfortunately Iearned the hard way.
