A good burger and fries should not cost £14. But it does in Five Guys! Great taste but at a price.

The burgers here are really good, but a cheeseburger all the way with small chips (more than enough for one) and a refill will set you back almost £18; restaurant prices with a fast food atmosphere.

What a great gang. Every time I step into that place the staff are always top. All food establishments need to take notes. That’s how you speak to and treat customers. Top marks to the management as they are clearly doing things the right way as I have never seen a miserable person working here. The food and the service they provide have always been consistently perfect. I enjoyed a triple cheeseburger that was made to perfection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you guys, all five of you.

The meat taste very bad, could use a ton of seasoning!!! Literally only taste raw meat. If you re in Mk never come here Prices have changed

First time visiting a Five Guys establishment. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and patient whilst explaining how the ordering process works. She also noticed that I had been waiting a few minutes for my milkshake, and came over and made the milkshake herself for me. I wanted to get her name so that I could mention her specifically in this review, however I couldn’t see her around after I’d finished eating. The food was delicious, and had its own unique taste that made it different from other burger establishments.

it's inside of the mall and quite difficult to find the entrance but the food is always very nice and all staffs are friendly.

Five Guys is by far the best burger I have ever had and the service in this place just ads to the positive experience. Amazing!

I love this place! Very professional and friendly staff! The food is decent and always delicious! The only bad point is the new music list... Previously it was awesome rock music ... now is radio edit rubbish. Not happy...

McDonald’s beware you got rival to your milkshakes. I and my partner finished our date day out with Five Guys milkshakes. My partner had the peanut butter milkshake and I had the chocolate milkshake and my god I McDonald’s milkshakes were good. Five Guys are much better.

A much better burger and fries than the major chains. Freshly cooked and tasty, staff friendly. The dearer burger is a double. Strawberry milkshake we good too! Recommended.

My kids appear to think it is great. 1 burger,1 hotdog chips and 1 milkshake £27! It may be fresh, the hot was small not that much taste. The burger ok , chips not bad and son loves the milk shske. The place has zero atmosphere , service is ok. For £27 I expect a lot more, it was worth about £15 on a good day

Very expensive, took 10 minutes for 1 burger which left me feeling empty still. Unseasoned, tasted of nothing, hardly any sauce and the Bacon was burnt. Which is how me and my wallet feels after just wanting a simple burger. More staff standing around chatting to each other than actually working.

I've eaten at Five Guys many times at different locations. I have to be honest this was the worst of them. The burger I ordered was wet. The bun was soggy. It was tasty don't get me wrong but nowhere near as good as the experience of Five Guys in Northampton. The fries were also a bit soggy. Sorry not the best.

The price always grates on me at 5 Guys, but you can't beat their burgers, and their fries 😋 But like the saying goes " you get what you pay for!" Always order one less fries as you always get extra loose in the bag, and if your happy to share, then get one less, or more, on a refill drink, which will save you a bit of money. This 5 Guys is your standard, but the seating is very open with shoppers going by, which is cool if you like to people watch 🙂

£48.00 for 3 x cheeseburgers and 1 x small cheeseburger on their own, I’m guessing if we’ve asked for chips it would have been £70.00? All the toppings were mixed up too. You don’t have to be so expensive guys, especially these days when people are struggling to meet ends. For £50.00 I can take my fam for a proper dinner in the pub.

Nice decor and location. Service was alright. Loved the fries, and the quality of food is pretty good.
