I love this salon! After looking for a new hair salon, I found Jolie Salon through Groupon. The service was above average. They had a coffee/soda/snacks station for customers. The quality of customer service exceeded my expectations. Madeline, in reception, did a great job. Hollie was my hairstylist, and she did a fantastic job and made sure to ask if I was happy with the final product.

Back in April I had a massage with Ryan. The salon is very clean and the decor is nice throughout the salon. I wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in and had to wait a bit. Ryan finally came out on her own to see if I was her client. She is very professional, listened to my concerns and needs. Ryan is the best masseuse I've ever had in my life. When I left Jolie Salon & Spa I was so relaxed, full of energy and she made my pain go away!! She has a forever client.

Do not go here. This place did not do what I asked for. Firstly, I called beforehand and asked them to get my hair fully colored. I have super dark hair and wanted to go a lot lighter. They kept saying “highlights” I kept saying no, not highlights, a full head of hair of different color. Secondly, when I got there, the stylists didn’t even ask me what I wanted to do, just started doing it. I stopped her and told her this isn’t what I wanted Lastly, I was so disappointed with what my hair turned out to look like. I actually started crying a little because hair is just so important and they had completely messed it up. They offered NOTHING to help the whole situation. They just told me that what I wanted originally would look bad. I was so disappointed. Took me so so long to grow my hair out enough to fix it. Went to another salon to fix it, they fixed it looked so good for so much cheaper. I just don’t understand the whole mixup when I specifically said that’s not what I wanted, and I made clear to them what I did want. If they couldn’t provide the service I was asking for, they should have never treated my hair. I definitely did not recommend this hair salon to my family and friends when they were asking around. This whole ordeal just broke my heart as a woman. Definitely do not recommend. The whole situation was just simply handled inappropriately. EDIT: my reply to the owners response: I am not mistaken for another salon. I have photos as proof. I do not use my real name on here for safety reasons since this is public. This incident happened years ago, it took me years to grow my hair back from the damage caused. was not compensated at the time for the awful service. No refund, no discount, nothing.

Cynthia is a hair wizard. I’ve gotten my hair done by her twice now and every time it comes out amazing. My hair is usually a light brown and I’m working toward white blonde. She was very up front on how this will take multiple processes so I don’t harm my hair. She is so informative on hair science and how certain products can help with certain things. She’s extremely personable and kind. I feel like I’m sitting there with a friend. And every time I leave I feel like an absolute queen. Amazing experience, it’s everything you want from a salon and hair experience

The staff at Jolie Spa made my daughter’s mini-mani and mini-pedi an absolutely amazing experience. She loved being pampered and received tons of heartfelt attention from the staff. I would definitely recommend this salon/spa.

I live in Madrid and I had a wonderful experience at Jolie. It was amazing. Joni did my hair and Belén treated my face. They were both fantastic. Also, I would like to mention Evelyn, she washed my hair and helped Joni. The staff is very attentive. Peter, one of the owners, is so friendly. It's a place that you feel welcome to relax and enjoy your time and experience there. I strongly recommend Jolie.

My wife and I went to see aesthetician Belén. She was friendly and professional And kept everything clean. She had a full compliment of equipment and supplies in her room, back in the spa area. Since we both had appointments, I stood at the front and had wine and cheese. Only feedback to management is maybe regarding the room. It was labeled “Room One” or something in the back. If it had a sticker with Belen’s name and/or face, or even her business card taped on the door it would be an improvement.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. They are fantastic. Very sanitary. And very nice. Offerings are broad. Prices are fair. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Consistently excellent!

Both my daughter and I go to Jolie and have been for a few years. We see Charles and LOVE him! He is so kind, caring and he really takes the time to address what it is that you are looking for in cut and color. I asked him if it was okay to bring my daughter because she had tried other salons and they butchered her short hair. I normally would not bring a child to Jolie, but in this case she needed help! Charles did an AMAZING job giving her the most sophisticated hair cut that a six year old could ever have! AND it's so easy to take care of. If you go to Jolie- ask for Charles! I also get my hair done and I absolutely love it!

I found this salon in my Google search, and luckily stumbled upon a Groupon, so I figured I’d check it out. I couldn’t have been any happier with my visit this morning! The salon is clean and beautiful, the employees are nice and welcoming, and the prices are fair. Jordan was my stylist and her personality is sweet and relatable. She did a wonderful job on my hair and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed! I highly recommend this salon, and I’ll surely be back myself!

I got the 4 hour vacation package and the experience was amazing! I would highly recommend this package and for the price, you can't beat it! All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

Surprised by level of service and care during massage. Phoenix provided me the relief I needed! I was struggling with terrible muscle tension this week. He was able to attend to each knot and worked through the muscles with the perfect depth and pressure. He is kind, soft spoken and attentive.
