The worst experience. Was told the gift card I was gifted was used, stood there for 20+ mins while they tried to up sell me to become a member. Ended up paying with my card so I could leave. Was charged twice and still have no resolve. Called the desk and the person working said I can call back later to try to speak with someone that can help me. Spoke with my mother who gifted me the gift card and she was charged for the gift card so we have been triple charged for the massage. Never going to another hand and stone again.

The Staff at this location have no idea what they’re doing. Charged my card triple for one gift card package, took weeks to get a credit. Totally messed up my Christmas gift cards & charged the recipient for a “gift” massage. Charged their credit card twice. So embarrassing! I’ve been a member for a year and the reception staff continues to overcharge my services! I was pleased with Veronica for my massages but the facials are overrated, they push the expensive upsells, that rarely make a difference. Once we get credited the inaccurate charges. I’m canceling my membership and not returning.

Great place to get a massage or facial. They can get a little busy, but hey if they weren't busy would you really think they were any good? 😉 exactly! So when the schedule opens up get in there and let those exceptional professionals put you in the best relaxed state possible!

Amazing experience with Brooke! I had my very first facial at 58 years old. Hand and Stone in Blue Bell is amazing. The front end staff is so friendly and helpful. My massage was purely for relaxation and my massage therapist Ari is fabulous! She is so knowledgeable and makes an hour seem like 5 minutes! I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks!

I had by far the worst massage/facial of my life. I was charged $130 for a girl to slab moisturizer on my face and poke my shoulder. Then she ended it 17 minutes early. Get a massage from a homeless guy instead of coming here. At least he’ll tell ya when he’s robbing you

Got my fiancé a gift card for a serenity package here to get a nice massage and take a break from parenting and work and life. Unfortunately we woke up to our daughter sick and she had to reschedule the appointment. On their website it says it’s a 25 dollar cancellation policy if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment which is understandable and we would’ve paid without issue. Unfortunately they told us it would be 35 dollars for each appointment even though I booked one package they said since it was two types of massages I would be charged 35 for each appointment. So now we are paying 70 dollars to reschedule the appointment which just feels like a scam and doesn’t go towards the rescheduled appointment. Very disappointed and feel like we were robbed

Absolutely worst massage I ever had. The whole massage consisted one stroke (effleurage) done over and over. The massage therapist lacked any technique or skill. I literally ask him to add in kneading and he just continued with the same stroke. It was so bad I was tempted to stop the massage and just leave. When the massage was over and the front desk ask how it was, I told them how terrible it was. They apologized, then proceeded to try to up sell me their membership. So on top of 120 for a horrible massage they just wanted me to give them another 100. lol how out of touch can you be with customers service!

All the staff here is very warm and welcoming, everything was up to my own standards and comfort level. I had an amazing experience!

Aaliyah gave me one of the best facials i’ve ever had in my life!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience today at the blue bell location with her, i left feeling so refreshed with my skin glowing and immediately booked another appointment with her for my husband! I feel like product combination she chose to use for my service was the best for my skin type, and the entire facial could not have been more relaxing! I am not ever one to complain or even leave bad reviews, but my last experience at a different Hand & Stone location was extremely disappointing and not relaxing at all; i actually left that location feeling tense and angry that i wasted my money. Aaliyah was nothing short of wonderful, professional, and skilled, and i will be recommending the blue bell location & specifically aaliyah to all of my friends and family!!

My wife had the worst experience of her life at this place. They ended the massage 14 minutes early and were rude and racist towards her when asked about this issue. The front staff is abrasive and just wants you to pay and leave. Avoid this place at any cost.
