If your white or spanish don't bother going in here. They literally just stood there staring at me and continue to hang stuff on the rack when I showed them the shoes I wanted and what size. Yet a black person came in a minute after I did and they immediately helped them. Go to Villa they got a better selection and better prices anyways

The girl at the register really had her kids all playing in the store and behind the register with her. She said hi but didnt offer to even help. some guy came to help me but he just really stood there. Not an engaging experience at all.

The worst customer service I have ever seen!!! No greeting, no help, you must approach the workers (of an empty store) for any assistance that is needed. Even when you do that they act stupid as if that’s not what they were hired for. Word of advice, go to the King of Prussia store

They need to shut this unprofessional place down. I have been there about 6 times and it’s never open on time and half the time people are rude and without their company shirts. How does the sign say open at 10am and then no one is there and lights are off??

I had to spend 200 dollars for Timberlands. I wear size 12 in shoes and they shipped me a size 9. Before I went to work, I drove to USP and they told me DTRL Villa charging you extra 100 dollars just for shipping back to Pennsylvania.

Very nice associate's. My first time going inside & it was very welcoming. Prices for clothes were a little high. But sneakers priced nice.
