DISCLAIMER: The 3-star review is NOT a reflection of the work that was done. From the excavation, to concrete, to the finished product, we could not be happier. The pool is everything we hoped for and more. My issues are with Eagle's communication, which, turns out, is a major part of the pool process from the homeowner's perspective. Upon signing the contract, we were told the whole thing would take 4-6 weeks. In reality, it was 12...and that was with no weather delays. That wouldn't have been a big deal if we were better informed along the way. Bill and Danielle, as great as they are as people, are some of the worst communicators I've dealt with. Unreturned messages. Vague answers. Often times we had no idea when the next step of the process would be started/completed. Then, out of the blue, a crew would randomly show up and start working. All just very confusing for people who have never been through the installation process. Overall, would highly recommend, as long as you're ok dealing with some ambiguity along the way.

18 months ago we ordered a spa elsewhere. We were told it'd be in in four months. 12 months later wr gave up, took our money back ans tried somewhere else. Told two months at the most. Six months later we walked into Eagle Pool & Spa. Brian walked us through the stock. We came back the next week and put money down. Three weeks after that and the spa was delivered and set up by a great crew. Our first soak was glorious. We can't say enough for the service from Eagle Pool & Spa. They met and far exceeded our expectationa.

I've been using Eagle Pool and Spa for many years. They didn't build my pool but I've been buying pool equipment and chemicals from them for 25 years. Free water testing to evaluate your chemical needs. Prices are reasonable and the staff is excellent! Very friendly & professional.

Super local business! We purchased our pool vacuum here, and when it stopped working, Eagle handled the warranty repairs AND gave us a loaner to use. If we had ordered it on Amazon, we would have been STUCK with a dirty opened pool. We have purchased all of our pool chemicals here for 5+ years, and their service is outstanding. Special thanks to Brianna, who went above and beyond today to handle our late-in-the-day vacuum emergency!

Eagle sold me the spa the power want out they came replaced a fuse $ 4.00 just got a bill for $295.74. . I will be looking elsewhere to have it serviced 15 days later it’s not working

Just took delivery of our Sundance Spa. Was worth the long wait for the manufacturer to build it. Excellent work and attention to detail from the installation team. In store sales and service was great too. Highly recommended.
