Great, fresh, organic food! I love the fresh juices & smoothies, like Mother Earth. The breakfast burrito and avocado toast are favorites but, honestly, everything I’ve had has been great. I’ve never felt anything but good after eating here. The space is very clean and set up & decorated quite nicely. I like eating in. The people who run this business are also very sweet and kind. *update (8/17/2021) - I just had their “Zoodles”, a completely vegan dish take on spaghetti and meatballs. I do eat meat but found this dish to be extremely tasty and filling. The homemade marinara was so good. Highly recommend! I’ve also found they consistently have daily specials, often the result of passionate exploration in healthy, nurturing food.

What a little gem of a restaurant. The food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The staff is so friendly and made us feel at home. My Buddha bowl filled me with all the goodness I needed along with a green juice. I can't wait to come back and try something else.

I just moved to Hudson and was hoping to find a healthy place for lunch, smoothies etc. Good Earth exceeded my expectations! Real deal vegan menu, with non vegan options (chicken on salad in picture) quality fresh ingredient's and friendly staff. Rose was so nice and the vibe of the whole place was exactly what I was looking for! I cannot wait to try other items on the menu and look forward to having this be my new go to spot for breakfast and lunch.

I really should give them 4.5 stars because their whole concept of eating good stuff, their vibe and their good service deserve it! Food was excellent , smoothie was delicious and the atmosphere in Good Earth was super chic and cool! A great place to get a healthy drink or meal ! I had the Brazilian bowl and it was very good but could use more pico de Gallo which I asked for and was delivered to my table ; my wife had a green bowl and loved it !

We visited Hudson and were looking for some vegetarian or vegan options and came across this restaurant. The veggie burger and breakfast burritos were amazing, as was the freshly squeezed juice! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

What a great place that serves amazing healthy food. The staff was helpful and friendly, I had a Buddha bowl that was so flavorful with tahini sauce. Hubby has vegetable burrito. The mango and acai smoothie were awesome! This place is a must-try!

Amazing food; fresh ingredients and the love and care that goes into the menu is palpable. My husband is GF and I just enjoy good healthy food. We shared the Devotion Bowl and the mushrooms 🍄 were sautéed to perfection, the rice flavorful, and the chicken (added) was lean. LOVED the bowl. Very nourishing. I also had the bread pudding oatmeal dessert cup. YUMMMM!!! Soul food for sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Yes, it’s pricey, but I truly believe you get what you pay for 🥰🥰 Highly recommend this place!

Amazing food and amazing kitchen. The owner has spoken to me several times on several orders and asked if everything is ok. She is amazing and runs a great kitchen. I grab food here every week and am never disappointed.

We were looking for a vegetarian option and and this place is great! Super fresh ingredients and filling. We both had different bowls and added tofu and avocado to one. The tahini dressing is made from scratch and is so good. If you’re looking for quality food that is healthy and fresh (with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options), check them out. Who knew oatmeal could be so delicious! Good Earth has a flair for flavor and quality! Their breakfast choices are creative and made it difficult to choose. The pumpkin spiced latte is also wonderful.

We love this place for our family. So many fresh, gluten free options. Portions are large and flavors are outstanding. Three kids and two parents always happy.

Best vegan burger!, salads, soups and sides delicious and healthy - we came here every night we were in town. First time visiting today. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Scratch kitchen, only the healthiest, freshest ingredients. My wife had the breakfast burrito and wants it every morning. I had the veggie panini and added chicken—it was mouthwatering good. Oh and the Immune booster cold-press juice—don’t get me started - need a gallon! If it was closer to me I would be dining there daily. Will make the 30 minute trip plenty to get my fix.

This place is perfect for an organic, clean, vegan meal! I tried the zoodle pasta with vegan meatballs for the first time & it was wonderful! I highly recommend the food here. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed meal or to sit & chat with a friend. I frequently come here to study as well because the vibe & decor are all tied together perfectly!

What a cute little spot! Food was great. Relaxing atmosphere. Parking is somewhat limited given it's small parking lot for multiple businesses. It is definitely on the pricey side. I got a Vegan, gluten free panini and it cost me $20, which is pretty steep for a lunch with no side or drink included. I was going to get a smoothie and that would've brought me to almost $40.

This place is right near my work, my go to is always the breakfast burrito. So good!! The owner and employees are so nice, great service. Plenty of room to sit and get work done or just hang out for a little. I have also gotten the smoothies, salads, warm bowls, and I’ve never been disappointed.

Although different from what has been opening in Hudson low end and fast food except a few It's a nice place for a healthy lifestyle choices. It's also run by a couple of Brazilian women more concerned with quality over budgeting on pennies and restaurants are getting more expensive to operate. You know you can leave a tip if you finish the meal off considering it will fill you up.

The signs tell you when you come in to be patient for your food to be cooked from scratch which is totally understandable for the two sandwiches that we ordered but I don’t think it should take twenty minutes for our lentil soup to be ready. Both sandwiches were very delicious I would rate the vegan burger I had as 9/10 The fermented tea was quite tasty as well. Since my lentil came out at the same time as sandwiches I asked for a to go container and ate it with dinner and was very good.

We really appreciated the love, care and attention to quality that Rose and the Good Earth team put into the food. The team was able to customize each dish to accommodate our allergy needs and taste preferences. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Hudson.

Sorry I could wait to try before taking a picture, it smells, looks and taste delicious. I live more than 1 hour drive but I come here very often because their food is amazing, tasty, healthy and gives the energy my body needs! I hope I had one Good Earth close to my home! Amazing service too, the place is beyond clean and organized. Their acai with girger makes the best combination! You guys rock! I wanted to give hundreds of stars but the max is 5!
