We enjoyed an absolutely fabulous full English breakfast at Sophia’s Cafe today. We were very impressed - lovely light, bright decor and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazingly friendly, service was very efficient and the tasty food was excellent value! Only £4.95 for a large breakfast 😱 I would highly recommend Sofia’s as a place to visit if looking for food while in Wellington. There are also a wide variety of food options on the menu for lunches, sandwiches, paninis and more! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

First things first the staff were really welcoming and helpful, Onto the food What a breakfast!! Good quality produce. I’ve got a good appetite and this almost beat me. Great value as I would have expected it to cost more. We’ll definitely return 👍

Genuinely "vintage" ambience, Kath Kitson table runners, fabric bunting, lace, china crockery. Lovely welcome from the staff, and lovely sandwich and cake served really quickly. The staff took the time to complete a family afternoon tea, packing up left over cakes and seeing them off with a cheery wave, and then the owner spent time chatting with other customers. Visited the cafe whilst visiting my sister due to the good reviews on Google maps and, despite having run out of scones for my cream tea (!), the food and surroundings deserve the rating. Thoroughly recommended!

From entering, the service from staff is impeccable. There is ample seating, all of clean condition and cleaned quickly after customers leave. The drinks and food menu is varied, with amazing value and large portions. I purchased two large sandwiches and it fed my three children with leftovers. If you are inn need of food in the area then this is a definite recommendation.

Will always visit Sofia’s when in Wellington. Great cafe with everything you’d expect on the menu. Great portion sizes and the coffee is good too. Raj is very friendly and clearly has a loyal customer base as he knows everyone by name. The staff are friendly and efficient. A great cafe .

Had a lovely meal in Southwater Telford today. It was extremely busy but managed to get a table. Service was lovely from the lady in the festive shirt. We really had a pleasant experience, we even had some vouchers given to us for January, so will definitely be returning.

Pretty sure I've already reviewed Sophia's but if not here goes. Brilliant the full English breakfast right on the money, the rest of the menu ain't half bad either all well worth the value, no matter if you want just a tea or a coffee or a full meal. Clean and tidy, Raj and the team friendly, attentive and always greet you with a smile. But beware if you time it all wrong the cafe gets rammed which only goes to prove how good the food is and how popular the cafe is. If you're in Wellington and you want a sit down with a drink or a bite to eat call in you won't be disappointed.

We absolutely love this restaurant!! To top off the great food, the staff are brilliant! Very welcoming, attentive, kind and down to earth. Prices are really good. I highly recommend this place. If they served Heinz ketchup (pretty please) that would be the icing on the cake for me 😊

Went in today after my eye test across the way. Ordered food & drinks to sit in for 2 & ordered a takeaway butty for my fella. Busy with customers of mixed ages but quiet in sound not noisy , lovely food & latte. Friendly officiant staff although busy felt the service was personal and not rushed. It was very clear alot of repeat customers in here who are looked after well so of course return. Very nice to experience a friendly personable atmosphere unlike some places where your just a number to be called or a value to pay. The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending to family & friends and be back soon . Thank you all.

What a little gem this place is. Bright, clean and modern and the food is fab. We had Christmas Dinner. No joke it was absolutely delish. The turkey was fresh, not the pressed rubbish other places use. The pics say it all really. You won't be disappointed. Btw, the prices are great, £6.95 for a Christmas Dinner....wow

A wonderful place where we felt extremely valued as customers; very clean, beautiful food at very modest prices and incredibly friendly staff/service. We'd only been a few times and due to corona we hadn't visted Sofias for over a year, but were still instantly recognised by the lovely Raj. Cannot recommend enough.

A limited menu due to social distancing in the kitchen YET still a good range on the menu. Prices are very reasonable, great 3 course set menu for £15.99 which is basically a price of 1 main meal you’ll get in most places nowadays but here I got a starter main and a dessert for that price! The food quality is brill🤩 Also good customer service!

The breakfast at Bella italia is good. I hope there regularly and have very good experiences. Unfortunately there does not seem to be consistency with presentation of the food on the plate. Some days it's is very nicely presented and looks like it should be on instagram then other days it's just put on the plate without any care just piled on the plate along with just a pile of chopped up miss shaped avocado. Food always tastes good.

Good service, really enjoy blood orange Gin and Tonic. Also calamari starter was really nice. Could do with more room at tables (1 star deducted).

Came in last night and all I can say is - amazing service, fantastic food. The staff looked after us very well this yesterday evening and attended to our every need. Would definitely visit again!

It was our first visit since lockdown and we where made very welcome... We where shown to our table which felt safe and socially distanced. We where eating on a special offer which was excellent value, Emilia our waitress explained all the other deals as we kept seeing things coming out of the kitchen that took our interest.... It was no trouble to explain anything, we even had time for a giggle. The food was delicious and the other staff we dealt with were lovely too... We came out with full tummy and feeling content.... Keep up this great work xx

The staff were so accommodating and kind especially towards children and making the restaurant family friendly. A couple of minor things wrong on our order but nothing to worry about, food was beautiful and service was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We visited Telford Shopping centre on Saturday 17th October and were served by a lovely young lady, Amy W on the receipt. She had dealt with our enquiry via the telephone the week before and it was such a pleasure to have been served by her. The menu had very limited choice from what we remember but we know we are going through uncertain times. Although the lady wore a mask for the whole experience she was very personable and recommended a new dish with chicken and garlic pasta and it was delicious. there was only one toilet in operation but again Covid. We didn't plan on having a dessert but we were gently persuaded and we were so glad we were, tiramisu was out of this world.

We were served by Emilia who was a very polite and courteous young lady. Food was excellent and will certainly be going back.

Great family restaurant in the centre of Telford. Visited on Friday night with my family. Our waitress was called Tonye and she couldn't do enough for us. All staff were following social distancing and were wearing masks

Visited Bella Italia for a much needed date night with my partner. We were greeted at the door and had the covid 19 procedures explained to us. We were shown to a booth and the booth next to us was empty to comply with social distancing. Our waitress Tonye was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the menu. She suggested the funghi arrosto and cacio e Pepe, both were beautiful! We will be back soon

Great deals on pizza and pasta, one of the busiest restaurants always on southwester. That in itself speaks volumes. Would advise booking if you want a comfy booth. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our favourite place to go!!!

The service was slow, and inattentive, the area by our seats and outside the kitchen window was littered with order tickets and dirty. There was a bin and a dust pan and brush in full view from our table and right next to where food was being pushed out. The food was average and our experience solidified the reason I don't eat at chain restaurants. Avoid.

We went as a party of eleven people. From the time of booking through to the end of the meal the customer service was spot on. We all ordered different dishes and were impressed with the fact that all eleven meals came to the table promptly and all were hot. Everyone agreed that their food was tasty, well presented and excellent value for money. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. This branch of Bella Italia is a credit to the chain. I for one will definitely be coming back and judging by the other 10 empty plates I'm sure I wont be the only one. Thank you to all the staff of Bella Italia, Telford, for making our evening a huge success.

Loved the food

Had a fantastic afternoon tea yesterday at this beautiful venue. Great food, excellent service and was like taking a step back in time. Everything served on/in delicate china crockery and the home-made scones were first class. Well worth a visit. Their cheese and potato pie and jacket potatoes are things we want to try on our next visit.

Our daughters arranged for surprise delivery of afternoon tea for our 40th wedding anniversary during lockdown. Despite being on a Sunday, The Vintage Tea Room served up a wonderful selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones with delicious cream and jam. Even tea bags were included! Thank you for helping us celebrate this special occasion.

Stunning proper Victorian style teashop. All home made cakes and the best tea and coffee in the area. Highly recommended. Their cream teas are superb. And their prices are very modest.

Excellent quality food served by friendly competent staff. We had the Vegetarian Breakfast which was huge and very tasty. This is the first time I have visited Sofia's Cafe. What a lovely surprise! The staff were extremely friendly and offered a very professional service. They have a wide variety of choices to eat from including vegetarian options. The cafe is beautifully decorated and was spotless. The food was delicious and we were given 2 free cakes which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Sofia's Cafe, I will be visiting again. Oh and the prices were fantastic I actually thought they should charge more as the food is of such a high standard!

We stopped in here for lunch, used to come in some years ago and I'm pleased to say it hasn't changed at all. The menu has plenty of varied choice, the food and drinks are great and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The owner made a point of talking to everyone, and made us feel very welcome. Feels like a little community, will definitely be back.

Fabulous fully loaded bacon sandwiches on thick cut, ultra fresh bread at exceptional prices. Cafe is spotlessly clean, staff helpful and friendly and service quick. The cafe got really busy, unsurprisingly. A great find. Only downside is that the loo is outside… it’s clean and tidy but a bit chilly 🥶

The most friendly and welcoming café I've ever been to. Very generous portions, I often have a full English and it will keep me going all day. I've tried various items from the menu and am always amazed at the value for money. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Great little place for a bite to eat or ust people watch the day away with a coffee. Their food is freshly prepared and you can see and taste that. Excellent quality of food and really excellent service. They do a great Caramel Latte to go too!

Unexpected return to an old favourite, 5+ years since we last frequented this little gem, the owner greeted us as if we were in last week, enquiring after my health (I was in poor health last time we came here) remembered our drinks and how we took them and our usual (unusual) breakfast order. Now that is quality customer service, the breakfast was as good if not better than I remembered. I hope not to leave it as long before returning again.

Saw the sign outside saying"Biggest breakfast in town", so had to go in and try it. Ordered 2 Full English breakfasts and the Pancakes with bacon, and couldn't fault the quality. Owner was very attentive and assured me and my cousin that they served the best breakfast in Telford. He wasn't wrong. I have recently been put off meat so I opted for the vegetarian breakfast. It was absolutely huge and top quality. Presentation was neat, especially with the beans and tinned plum tomatoes in little ramekin dishes so the breakfast doesn't get soggy. Waitresses were friendly, approachable and helpful with requests. Both the food and pots of tea were piping hot. The drinks came relatively quickly and the breakfast in a reasonable time considering how busy the cafe was. The vegetarian sausages really tasted authentic. I will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone. I gave feedback to the owner that the vegetarian breakfast was too large and he said that if I order it in future I can knock a few items off for a reduced charge. Talk about customer satisfaction. The prices are more than reasonable. The cafe was clean and tables were cleared and wiped after customers left. No mulling around. A very tight ship ram here. Smiles all around.

This was my second time to eat breakfast in Sofina's Cafe, the full American breakfast is so nice and I love the thick pancake 🥞 with maple syrup and the scrambled egg The coffee is rich as well. Moreover, the staff there are friendly eith smile and he recognized me and my dad even we just went once before. Nice atmosphere, environment, service and food, highly recommended 😊

Portion is really large but I still managed to eat them all, because they are so delicious. This is the first time I come here, and there is an issue on Google map indicating the location of the cafe. It was indicated as on the right hand side of the street. I have walked three rounds until I found out it is actually on the left hand side!😅 Anyway I reached there and it is a lovely cafe suitable for everyone to come alone like me, with friends or family. I love their white coffee which is not found everywhere.

The American breakfast pancakes are exceptional and the hot chocolate drink with cream and marshmallows are delicious, I always order two. Everything is reasonably priced and the large baps are industrial sized. Fantastic place!!
