I went into the HoneyBaked Ham Company in Orland Park today to purchase a ham and turkey as a condolence gift. My friend and her sister just lost their mother, and I wanted them to have food to make sandwiches with. I had shopped online and planned to purchase a whole turkey and ham. I was disappointed to find out that the advertisement would not be available until the 15th. However Cassandra quickly came up with a resolution. I left with two orders of turkey breasts and a whole ham. Nekeya helped her get everything packed and ready to go for me. The service was much better than I anticipated,. and I do plan to return in the future for more purchases. HoneyBaked hams are already cooked and are delicious! If you haven't, you should give them a try. The holidays are coming up and shopping here can save you a lot of work and time without sacrificing delicious entrees!

The young lady taking care of me brought my ham, pie and cake to my car. Her name is Alexis, thank you!

I host all of my family’s holiday dinners and I am very picky. Most of the time , I make from scratch all of the side dishes. Because it is all so much work and I am a tired Mimi, I decided to purchase a couple of sides for my Easter dinner. Everyone absolutely loved the cornbread stuffing, fried apples and smashed potatoes! The ham was and is always the best! And, so worth the trip and $ over a grocery store ham! Not to mention the staff was so helpful both on the phone and in person! In the future, I will not hesitate to get some much needed holiday help and order from Honey baked Ham in Orland Park!

The lady that took care of us was super helpful & patient with us because it was our first time in the restaurant. Even though she said it was her second day there she helped us decide on what to get & was very friendly. I believe her name was Tanisha

I ordered a few things for Thanksgiving dinner. The boneless ham was very delicious. The macaroni and cheese was milky eat. The sweet potatoes was ok, the string being casserole had too many ingradients and the red velvet cake Was not moist at all, but the ham was very delicious. That would be the only item I will ever buy from them again.

Got my thanksgiving dinner was disappointed in how expensive it was for small portions of sites. If you have a family of 30 people coming the food that they provide you will have to get maybe like three of those trays the turkey was too dried the ham was burned from the top wen I open it to precook well what can I say is that it is cheaper to buy the ham n cook than to pay 450.00 for a turkey dinner I was blown out I could of bought everything for less and would of had leftovers but I was short in food that we ended up getting taco from Comales to feed the rest of the people that did not get turkey. Again it’s about family gathering not how good the turkey can look in a plate I would never do this again for thanksgiving

Ordering was easy; pick up was smooth. I was surprised to see the ham was frozen when I picked it up but was assured we just needed to keep it at room temp for 30 minutes before serving. We did that but ended up warming it up in the oven. The glaze never softened so we had this hard shell laying on top of the meat. The ham was mediocre, certainly not a special treat for our holiday meal and definitely not worth the money we paid. Very disappointing.

The food was awesome. Service was great with no rush in line. They have sides and deserts to take and make at home as well. A good stop for many purposes.

I ordered a honey baked sandwich. There was more bread and crunchy pieces than ham. The sandwich might have been good with more ham. There was one piece of ham less than an 8th of an inch. The side was a small cup of broccoli salad. 14 dollars with a drink. The server was nice, but the food fell short.

Online order pickup 4 days before Christmas at the Orland location. Had a separate line for prepaid online orders. Walked up, showed my QR code screenshot and was handed my ham. Parking lot can be tight.

Was told, at 12:30pm that I couldn't order off of the lunch menu because "we ain't makin' no sandwiches. Glad your business is going so strong you can lose a customer.

This is a great store. Very clean and well set up. The employees were very friendly and helpful with my pickup during the holidays. I was expecting a little bit better tasting ham since the price is so high. 8lb boneless ham fed my Christmas party of about 20 adults and some children.

Their honey baked hams are phenomenal. My husband doesn't even like ham, but loves this honey baked ham. You can literally buy everything there for your holiday and not have to do the grunt work of cooking it from scratch and it tastes amazing! What's not to love? ❤ The service here is like a well oiled machine they have a line for prepaid and one for purchasing there. You can schedule your pick up time. What more would you like? If you haven't tried a honey baked ham, then you should. Yes, it's a little pricey, but you are paying for quality and the ease of literally just warming up the precooked ham and walla, you look like an awesome host because your food tastes great!!

Ordering online for pick-up was clear and easy. Pick-up required standing in line outside. I'm grateful it wasn't raining or windy. The ham looked delicious. Service was very good.

Honey Baked Ham Company is located in the Orland Park IL community on 145th Lagrange Rd. (West side of street). It is a small storefront that offers hams, turkeys and an array of side dishes. Open all year it’s business booms around Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas. The hams and turkeys are precooked and warming is all that is recommended. They come in various sizes (sliced or unsliced / bone in or out) & wrapped securely in a substantial tin foil covering. The side dishes ranging from vegetables to potato dishes are in the cooler section of store. I have purchased the sliced glazed honey ham version. It definitely is worth every penny for its convenience & great taste. The hams & turkeys are priced at a premium. During the busier season I would place an order beforehand to assure your ham or turkey. Walkins are welcomed but keep in mind your choices may be limited.

They have sandwiches that are a delicious lunch option. They also now have a seating area where you can sit and eat. So next time you and your friends are looking for a place to order from give them a try.

Best ham ever. Was told to serve room temperature as ham is cooked. I did put entire 9 pound ham in 275 degrees oven for 8 minutes. The ham was perfect, very tasty and moist. Also, the mac and cheese is delicious. Buy frozen, heat in oven. Will buy all my hams here.
