This was an absolutely amazing find for me and my husband! I’ve never been a fan of American Italian food because I always feel like it’s never as good as the price is (specifically Olive Garden) but this was surprisingly amazing! The staff was excellent and very friendly! We were given extra breadsticks when we got take out food. And when we dined in the next time the kept coming back with fresh breadsticks. This isn’t fine dining so don’t expect that. But it’s really good food with a very fair price. Im disappointed there isn’t one near where I live or else we would be going every week.

Met family at Fazoli's right after Christmas. They gave us a private room without us having to reserve it. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Can't say enough about the service! Food was excellent and quickly served.

Britain was running all over the place but had a great attitude the whole time. She cared about us. The young man, Feeli, (sp) was awesome. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I love Fazoli's, but unfortunately I don't think I can eat here anymore. I usually go once a week or 2 for some yummy pasta and bread sticks. Yesterday I ordered my food at around 2pm, and it tastes just a little funny, but I figured it was just because I ordered something different. Well, unfortunately, I should have trusted my gut because waking up at 11pm with a awful case of food poisoning was not fun. I hadn't eaten anything else yesterday, so I know I picked it up from here. Sad, but it is what it is. I doubt I'll be coming again anytime soon.

Had my first meal at Fazoli’s today, it was remarkable. The food and employees are a cut above other fast food establishments. While enjoying my meal it was clear Shanon is a stunningly effective, quality leader. The team is engaged and has fun while delivering a high value experience.

First experience at Fazoli’s and our review is overwhelmingly positive!! You’ll find the food to be very reasonably priced, mobile/kiosk ordering, and service at this location specifically to be outstanding. Our server was Shay and she did a fantastic job and is very personable. We’ll be back!
