BPC helped me to buy my first flat. Dominic was extremely helpful, always answered the phone, checked in with me regularly and acted as a very professional communicator between myself and the sellers. When I picked up the keys I even got a lovely welcome pack (including a face mask which was such a treat after moving boxes all day). Couldn’t fault the service I received from BPC. Should I buy another place in the future I will certainly be seeking their assistance again.

We have had a fully managed service with BPC for many years on our city center studio flat. The lettings team have always filled the property very quickly arranging all necessary checks in good time. The management team also handles tenants requests quickly - i personally check in with tenants who are happy with the service they are getting too. A real estate company that does not do its job properly , It's been more than a year and water is coming from the walls and roof. I gave them information, but they did not do it. A year passed, my contract ended, they let me out. The funny thing is they made me do all of this. They charge near £4k

We asked for a viewing and received back a list of 30 questions (not exaggerating, they're numbered) before an initial viewing could be booked. Even so, I was willing to put in the time until I noticed - and confirmed with the Information Commissioner's Office - that some of the answers they asked for are enough to facilitate identity theft. Such data should never be transmitted in an unsafe manner and certainly not via a generic email response about setting up a viewing. For education, please read https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/identity-theft/ Furthermore, their email has come from an address called "Hello" (one word) and has been signed off by "Bristol Property Centre" so there's no indication on who is receiving this sensitive data or whether it's handled securely. If we elected to proceed further after viewing the flat, we'd have expected there to be a trusted, specific, secure process where information of this nature could be entered by prospective tenants. However, given that BPC attempts to collect sensitive data before even the application is started, and without sufficient safeguards, coupled with many negative experiences recorded in other people's reviews, steered us clear of this agency. Landlords take note, this will affect how long it will take to let out your property and will limit the tenant pool to the naive and the careless.

From start to finish we have had a great experience with BPC. Ashley was very efficient in marketing the property and we had an offer within days. Dominic helped massively during the whole process, always on hand to answer all questions, chasing the solicitors and communicating with us daily. We really appreciate all efforts made and would highly recommend.
