This seemingly small store has 3 floors(!) of arts & crafts. Paints, fabric, brushes, ribbon, spray paints, scrapbooking supplies... you name it, they got it. Affordable too, and they do deals if you pay in cash. Highly recommend

I absolutely HATE having to go there to buy my embroidery threads, but unfortunately it's the only place in the centre that has Anchor threads. I honestly avoid it at all costs and only go when it's an emergency. They refuse to take cards for any purchase for less than £5, which is illegal, and their staff is absolutely rude and makes me feel uncomfortable. Every time I come in, one of the staff (usually the lady) comes to ask if I need anything and starts following me around the shop, as if I were going to steal anything. I feel pressured to get my stuff and leave, which is silly for a craft shop, because sometimes you just want to walk around the shop and see what it's got, and if you're an artsy person you will usually buy something else just because you've seen it and thought it'd be handy/pretty. But most things there are overpriced, faulty and pretty old, and they refuse to refund. Seriously, avoid it if you can, it's not a nice environment, I don't even know how they keep their shop open with such poor customer service in the first place.

As others have said, very good selection of most things you could ever possibly need, however the customer service experience was a bit bizarre. Had a member of staff look straight at me and ask if I needed any help and I said I was ok, they then said they weren't talking to me they were talking to someone down the next aisle - while looking at ME. Then didn't speak to me at all when I went to pay. Just weird.

Weird experience. The floors were unclearly labelled. When I got to the floor I was looking for the woman on the till asked if I needed any help, I said I was okay. I was then followed around by her which was very strange and unsettling, I just wanted to have a look and enjoy my shopping experience but I felt under pressure to have a look and buy something. I was not given a proper receipt and found out from other reviews that they have an illegal refund policy. Looking back I should have just left. Also found it strange that they were selling vapes in a craft shop and doing deals for when people pay in cash.

Love this place so glad that a place like this exists in the city centre. Got stuff I didn't even know I wanted from there.

This is a personal favourite craft/art supplies shop in Bristol of mine! Three floors with a array of all things creative - they frequently have offers and discounts on a wide range and the staff are friendly to boot! Definitely recommend shopping here if your looking for a great value art shop.

Spent £20 on face paint including an expensive brush. Opened the bag to prep just before the party and the brush wasn't in there, making the whole £20 wasted.

The shop assistants in this shop are extremely helpful and nice, as well as knowledgeable, the shop is little overpriced on some products, but I guess that is what it takes to have such a wide variety of craft resources.
