I agree with everyone. The rudest people ever in this friendly area!! Everytime I go in, they are so rude and talk down to you like you’re stupid. If you ask a question they can’t even answer it properly. Personally they need to sell up as they don’t understand the basic of customer service. Also me being Indian they have an issue with other Indian people with the attitude they give. Their faces look like they been slapped with a wet fish.

I do agree with other reviews that Amersham is stuck with this post office. I did noticed that their attitude has started to change for the better. I guess one has to be sympathetic with postal workers, who work 6 days a week as small business and without much A/L.

Zero start if possible I will refer to this one, I print online payment receipt and stick it to my postal and went here to send it and get confirmation, They said this is not letter and shown me scale to measure it, Its very relax way that letter going through, and they saying its not, 2 times its went through infront of my wife and me and they keep rejecting to take it... @Royal Mail please advice them to give proper customer service Same parcel next day without single questions delivered using across the road royal mail office, so please guys use official royal mail office

Unreliable service - paid for 24h express delivery, tracking number not showing up on PF website through out the day. Went back into the store the following day, my parcel is still on the floor where I had left it. Was told I had missed the pick up, but my proof of delivery says I did not. Was then told they cannot process PF refund, but then another helpful person managed to figure out how to do this on the tills. I took my parcel away and sent via DHL instead. I am just disappointed since this is the closest post office branch to me. Sadly, I do not trust the brand for ultra important mails.

This doesn't deserve 1 star. All the staff are misserable. This post office should be close because of the attitude of the staff. They all rude. You are warned. Better use little chalfont.

As pointed by many other reviewers, this place has rude and unfriendly staff. They don't give advise on right solution for postage, and try to flock you with expensive options

I turned up today and there was a queue, two people were serving customers and it went quite quickly. My QR code was accepted with no problem, the lady was very polite. On returning 3 minutes later to buy a a can of drink the gentleman was also polite and wished me a happy new year.

I wish you could give 0 stars. The post office staff here are extremely rude and I have noticed on multiple occasions they are extremely misogynistic. It is shocking after all these bad reviews the Post Office does nothing to address the issues at this branch.
