We used Class Above Cars to take us to and from Heathrow recently. The service was exceptional in both directions. On the way to the airport, the car was on time, and the driver was extremely courteous. The car was immaculate, and the driver helped us with luggage. On our return, a different driver sent a text to let us know he was there. When we came out, he was exactly where he said he would be, and again helped us with our luggage. He was also very courteous and polite . Trip was about £40 from Seer Green. Excellent value and we will use them again.

We've been travelling with Class Above Cars for many years. And hope to for many more. They are a lovely team of people. Their taxis are very smart and the drivers are all lovely. We highly recommend them.

My husband uses Class Above Cars for airport transfers and has done so almost every single week for the past 5 years. We also use their excellent service for private transfers and other bookings locally. They have always provided an exemplary service with details like text updates of driver contact name and details, ‘driver has arrived at house/airport’, and immediate booking confirmation (within minutes when emailing). Their Mercedes cars are spacious, immaculate inside and out, and the drivers well dressed and professional. The driver is always waiting at the airport with a sign and a smile and insists on taking the luggage. The service is well managed by Aaron who responds to any issues with the utmost of speed and professionalism. I think a good sign of any business is minimal staff turnover and we have had basically the same selection of drivers for many years now. Could not recommend them more highly.

We have been using Class Above Cars for 4 years after a recommendation from our Neighbour. I have thanked my neighbour many times. We use most weeks. Competitive prices, great customer service, and more importantly very reliable.

We used Class Above Cars for our wedding on the 19th November 2022. We would recommend their service - the cars were exceptionally well presented and the drivers were really friendly. Correspondence beforehand was good - I sent a long email with specific details about the size of cars needed, locations and times - however, unfortunately on the day, despite clear instructions, the cars arrived at the wrong location at the wrong time. Having said that - it didn't spoil our day and was very quickly rectified and all went smoothly and we were't charged for this as they realised it was their mistake.

I made a mistake and booked a car from the wrong city. The dispatcher was very polite and let me know that I may get quicker service by booking a more local taxi. I haven't used their services yet, but their customer service is 10/10. I'll make sure to use their services when I can. :)
