I am not a person that enjoys shopping for clothes and especially the thought of shopping for my dress was not something that i was looking forward to. I cannot tell you how warm and welcoming Jess and Stacey were, they instantly put me at ease. Having the shop to yourself is definitely they way to go. It allowed me the time and space to feel really relaxed. My Mother and Mother-in-Law also got their dresses in Wynter Isabelle's occasion wear shop. Cannot recommend them enough. I am never getting married again...fingers crossed (hehe)... but if i were i know where i would be getting my dress.

Visited here to look at wedding dresses. Oh my goodness, my daughter was treated like a princess. Our assistant was very knowledgeable about style and fit and offered brilliant suggestions without being overbearing or taking charge. Can't recommend Jess & Stacey enough. Was made to feel really comfortable through the entire process. When I first picked my dress I left not feeling "in love". I phones Jess and explained and they were so, so helpful and understanding. They had me straight back in to find the one. I absolutely loved my dress! Such a smooth process for fittings, alterations and collection and you really wont go wrong paying them a visit. Thank you all so, much :) x

It was my first time ever trying wedding dresses on and I was super anxious for a number of personal reasons. However Stacey was so welcoming, had so much knowledge on the different dresses/styles and nothing was too much hassle even if I did go back and for between certain dresses a few times, oops! I went all out with the prestige package so had all the bells and whistles including the champagne and personal touches (highly recommend it). I loved that you have the whole boutique to yourself for the 2 hours so the sole focus is finding YOUR wedding dress only and there’s no interruptions. It was the most amazing experience and I said the biggest YES to the most beautiful dress! Cannot recommend Wynter Isabelle enough and so excited to go back and try my dress back on when she arrives 👰‍♀️🥂

I can’t recommend this bridal boutique enough, it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Stacey was so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. I had been to another bridal shop in Cardiff before having my appointment with at Wynter Isabelle and was left feeling uncomfortable, they tried to fit me in to ridiculously small sample dresses and made me feel very rushed as my wedding was in 11 months. The experience with Wynter Isabelle couldn’t have been more different, the sample sizes were realistic and you were able to see how your dress would look. There were a brilliant selection of dresses and the boutique is laid out so you can see all of the dresses and are able to make decisions about what to try on. We also were so relieved that all the alterations are handled by an in-house seamstress and the staff at the boutique. Very excited for the rest of my journey with Wynter Isabelle Bridal. Thank you.

I visited Wynter Isabelle Bridal this weekend to look at accessories to go with my wedding dress. I had such a wonderful experience with Jess and Stacey, they offered advice throughout the whole appointment - and nothing seemed to much of a faff for them! The boutique itself is beautiful. To say I didn't purchase my dress from this boutique due to them not stocking the particular designer I was interested in at the time (which they do now!!), they were so accommodating and welcoming and made me feel like one of their own brides. I would highly recommend this bridal boutique to anyone, thank you for a lovely experience. Xx

I came a couple of weeks ago to just have a feel of what dresses might suit me. I was made to feel so welcomed, put at ease, I didn’t feel pressured into buying a dress and the shop is absolutely stunning. I tried on many dresses and was never made to feel uncomfortable in any style, even if they didn’t suit me. I found my perfect dress and can’t wait to go back to see it again!

I had the most amazing experience at Wynter Isabelle! From the moment I walked into the shop, it was the best experience! The shop decor is incredible and the whole vibe was just so calming and made my experience so enjoyable! I booked the Prestige appointment and I think the Petit Fours and Prosecco was such a nice extra touch! Stacey and Jess were both so helpful and not at all pushy! Stacey was so good at showing me different options for each dress and pulling the dress in at the right places and to show how each dress would look once the right fit/alterations had been made! The best wedding dress shopping experience ever!! After a few unsuccessful trips to other Bridal shops in the Cardiff/Newport area, one of which left me feeling like I was "too big" for any of their dresses, my mother in law's friend said she'd driven past an amazing looking wedding dress shop in Barry and thought I should book an appointment. First of all, the shop is hands down THE prettiest shop ever. The shop window is always stunning and the interiors gave me serious decor envy! Jess and Stacey were fabulous from the start, they made me feel like I could wear anything in the shop, completely different to past experience! I tried on 3 or 4 dresses at my appointment and fell in love with one of them! It fit like a glove and needed barely any alterations at all. Jess helped me style it with a faux fur wrap and ensured that the wrap was delivered in time for the day I'd be collecting my dress. Throughout the whole time, from my first appointment to the final fitting and collecting the dress, Jess was able to answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease. Their seamstress, Angie, is absolutely lush too- felt so comfortable around them all. I can't wait to wear my dress on 11th December! Would recommend Wynter Isabelle to anyone- 100% worth travelling for! ❤
