Came to collect a parcel the only lady there was in the money exchange and said she wasn’t allowed out to get my parcel. Useless waste of everybody’s time

Do not waste your time. I tried to use the self-service but it required a staff member to verify the transaction etc, I tried to get help from staff at the currency exchange and the woman SHOOED me away and rudely told me to join the queue, unacceptable customer service. Also tape your parcels properly before sending because apparently Royal Mail doesn’t provide them with tape as it is “sold downstairs”. Never visiting this branch again

Clerks were very helpful although desperately understaffed. Has all the extra services like driving license renewal, passport photos/application etc.... Would have another star if it wasn't for the lack of staff, however, the ones who were there were excellent and very helpful. (It's situated upstairs in WH Smiths in Swansea Quadrant shopping centre).

I visited here on the 08/12/20 around 4:30pm. There were massive queues, as expected over the Christmas period. However, the blonde lady who served me (on till 4) refused to take one of my parcels to post and said she was unable to do it, no explanation why.. She sent me to a different post office who luckily, was able to do it straight away but this caused a lot of hassle for me - Being a Uni student, new to the area I had no idea where else to go at first. There was no smile on her face, no welcoming greeting as I approached her till, compared to the lady with dark hair on the till next to her. Very disappointed with the service here.

Too few staff at peak times and long queues. I always try to avoid using royal mail these days if I can.

Yes it can be busy at rush hours/be understaffed at times but be patient. You need stamps, postal services, packing equipment (not for any items bigger than a shoe box) your sorted. Every time I've visited, staff have been friendly and helped me.

In a completely unprovoked outburst, a staff member was verbally abusive (shouting in my face), outright lied multiple times, and illegally opened my package just to make a petty power display. Based on other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. I filed a complaint over this where the Post Office formally acknowledged that it happened, saying that action was being taken. Whatever issues this person has, they need to be resolved before working here again. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

As a regular customer for the past eight years, literally 350 out of 365 days a year, there’s a huge queue, service always very slow as because there’s only two ladies working there every times. I suggest they need better management and hire more staff. Just visited again on 3rd of November. One lady serving with a huge queue all the way to the escalator where customers come up! Extremely slow. 28th of March, 2023. Another bad experience here! Full house, one window open only. Massive queue long wait.

Understaffed. Massive Queue. Staff try to provide the best but it takes good amount of time. So plan accordingly.

I have photosensitive epilepsy and I have asked for the flickering light to be fixed for months so I can use my local post office but no. Still not fixed after 4 months.

The staff are trying their best but they are literally always understaffed. You'll be lucky to avoid a 20 minute queue no matter what time of day

Manager was rude, wouldn’t let me on the queue 10mins to the end even though there was still time to help me out, she also didn’t help me with the self assisted machines on site stating she’s the manager and doesn’t have to do so,this post office is massively understaffed.

Today a staff member was very impatient with me while I was searching for the QR code. She was sending me to print the label somewhere else as she didn't want to wait to find the code. I think this lady with blond hair and American accent(think so) needs more customer training as I felt she is rude to me!

I went there today hoping I can send some letters to Poland before going back to London. Lady shouting at me that no letters are going today and I have to go back tomorrow. Obviously won't be back tomorrow if I travel back to London this afternoon. No understanding, no customs service!!!

Called in to use passport renewal check service. After queuing was told the tablet wasn't working and offered a firm instead. Not good enough from an office in a big city like Swansea.

Not happy at all with the service from ‘Angela’. I’m a regular at the post office and usually all of the staff are lovely to talk to and more than happy to help but this time was shameful. The lady was extremely rude, offering pretty much no help what so ever. When I came back and spoke to the manager, she was very kind about the situation. However, Angela was walking out of one of the offices and when asked why she had been so hostile - she gave nothing but an attitude filled reply which was allegedly an attempt at an apology. Disgusted and disappointed with this behaviour towards a regular customer. We all have bad days but that’s not an excuse to be that way.

The staff are friendly, chatty, and helpful, and there is an absolutely delightful American lady working here who is a joy to speak to. However, the queue times are appalling and have been really bad for some time now. I think this is a staffing issue (half of the tills are closed) so expect to be waiting 10-15 minutes to collect parcels at the best of times.

Poor would be an over Exaggeration of how bad the customer survive is here! Not one bit apologetic about the waiting time to anyone that they served and to top it off the attitude from the one women working on till 4 today (25/7/22 @15:39) was close to insulting! None of the staff ever seem happy, engaging or even welcoming to any of your customers. Appalling throughout! They need to FIND NEW STAFF that will bring new life to the office or I recommend you go somewhere else for your post office needs!

long story, it starts off when I needed to tax my bike, I have an old green slip given to me, I phoned up DVLA and they told me no problem, I just need to pop down to post office with old slip and I can get it taxed, so just to check up on this, I decided to phone up before I made the track with 2 kids on a sat (trying to get tax for tomorrow as I wanted to ride it) the phone line automated service did not have any vehicle services information (yes I know the website has a dvla section but I wanted to check my situation still applied) after spending nearly half an hour listening to each section, and hanging up to try a different section (no command to go previous menus) i could not find anything related to what I wanted, so I just pressed anything to talk to someone, the person was rude in manner, like I was wasting their time, and abruptly said "yes we tax OTC its on our website", and hung up, with no reference if having an old slip was valid, so I went down there, kids in tow waited in que to be told that I need to apply for vehicle lost log book £25, as the old slip does not count as proof of new ownership, so thanks alot post office system, I will just wait till I receive the log book, I have no idea why DVLA cant just do this over the phone in the first place( yes I asked, and they dont) so not any money lost but most of my sat with my kids wasted.
