Very very noisy during the day due to gangs of children and gangs of teenagers hanging around, also caravan we hired was quite near the football Court there was constant footballs being kicked around and against the metal fence from around 9am until 10pm including while it was pouring with rain. Used to have a caravan on this site about 10 years ago and can not believe the change (for the worse) had been intending purchasing a caravan on this site again but that definitely won't be happening now will be looking for a quiter slower paced site.

4th year here and we love it If your looking for a peaceful brake then this is the place there is no entertainment or shops on site but who cares if your wanting to take it back to how it use to be making your own fun and games getting them old board games out of the loft playing monopoly round the table or playing snap with the kids forgetting about the world for a minute for me seems like the best holiday ever. with the beach just a couple of minutes walk there is a park on site and a play park and arcade and crazy golf also out side food and bar for the adults take no notice of other reviews it's you that makes your holiday not just the site Site is clean and well looked after

This caravan site is kept lovely. Our caravan was nice except for the bed which was uncomfortable. I did put quilt over mattress which improved it for us. There is nothing on the site just a café. Not even a shop to pick up supplies. We had to go into Prestatyn town for groceries. The price wasn't too bad.

Caravan tidy and clean, but only 2 teaspoons and 3 forks for 4 people. Not a lot going on at park so very quiet. Maybe better for adults in good weather

Not my cup of tea really. The caravan was nice and clean and near to the sea but the camp itself was like a battery farm for humans; just look at the site on Google maps. No charm, no character, no nothing - just a money extraction scheme. When Caravans are moved they are often left dumped in the middle of the camps tiny roads for hours without any care so you can't get out. Mobile phone reception was appalling so you have to pay for WiFi which costs £5 a day. Rhyl next door is one of the most downtrodden and deprived places in Wales and full of the walking dead on mobility scooters. I've never seen so many mobility scooters - everybody, even kids had them. The only upside is that Llandudno is 40 minutes away. Not for me I'm afraid.

For a premium luxury caravan, there was surprisingly little space to hang our clothes, as there were barely any coathangers, and some of the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Overall though, this was a pleasant enough caravan park, close to the sea, and local towns.

Just returned from here after staying in a gold caravan with hot tub for 5 nights. The caravan was modern (2019) spacious, had all mod cons, close to beach and the town centre. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our visit however we did feel the caravan could have benefited from a deeper clean, in particular the carpet and soft furnishings. Everything else was Acceptable/good. We opted for a hot-tub caravan and this was great however... on the first night the chlorine level was so high that my wife’s swim costume was bleached and we both suffered headaches. The next few days were ok as the chemicals dissipated but by day five the hot tub literally had no chemicals left. Yes the hot-tub was not checked/topped up or anything during our whole stay! The park is generally in fair condition with some areas showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. It could also do with a good litter pick! We would return to this park if the price was right but It would have to be at a good discount.

Arrived at the caravan yesterday ..paid for a platinum package which clearly states that you have a balcony to sit on and watch the world go by ..yes you have the balcony but no furniture to sit on 🤷‍♀️when I went to complain about it they were very rude and unhelpful saying they don't supply furniture 🙈we also have two children with us who were looking forward to this ..also it states you have internet when I told her we were having problems with it again she was very rude saying it was nothing to do with her 🙈🙈 the caravan is nice but has no extras. It even a bedside light very basic ..I will not be staying here again ...very unhelpful rude staff !!!

I have a caravan there I would live there if I could its my safe haven. Now the problem is in few yes our caravan will be 20 we were TOLD when we bought it if it is still in good condition we would be able to stay that was by the guy selling AND the manager at the time. I'm panicking now I suffer disabilities and like it there it's like a therapy lol I wonder what will happen???? Looks to me like we were lured into a false sale that's if we do have to go. There are a few on there that look a heck of a lot older than ours still being used. Why can't people stay if their vans are in good condition. To make an old lady go was terrible.

Love this caravan site.... reception staff always friendly/helpful.. my only negative opinion is that there 5mph speed limit on site but lots of the ground maintenance staff always driving there vehicles fast?

We stayed here for a week on the 21st of August and our stay was fantastic. We arrived on the Monday and the caravan was immaculately clean. The single beds could do with updated mattresses as they are quite uncomfortable. The site is very quiet and all the other caravans on site were lovely and well kept. The signal was a struggle on site but there is a Wi-Fi option which you do have to pay to use. The site is situated on a very nice beach which is within a 5 minute walk. One thing that happened quite a few times was when we was leaving the site was caravans dumped in the middle of the exits which was frustrating when we had to find another route to leave. The site doesn’t have much for children but you are given a wristband for the Robinhood site which is only a short drive away. The staff at lido beach are nothing but helpful when I called with a few questions, they are really friendly and very accommodating and welcoming. I probably would recommend a different site if you don’t have a car/transport with children as other than a park there’s not much more on site for children to do but if you have a car you are short journey away from Rhyl centre with so much activities for children.

Just got back from a long weekend here, really nice caravan park. Just 5 minutes to the beach which is lovely. Grand kids enjoyed every minute. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but the overall holiday was enjoyed by all. We were given wrist bands on arrival to use at the Robin Hood site if we wanted. Visited this one and played mini golf, but felt Lyons Lido much more to our liking. There is a public swimming pool 5 min walk away. Got basic internet when logged it which was fine and free, signal overall good.

stayed here last year and there is no !!! internet when a simple mast can be erected to provide good internet for all it beggars belief . With a great location run by a company that simply cares about themselves especially when local cities provide free internet on transport and for tourism sadly let down by supplying no internet to return tourism.

Stayed april 24th for 4 nights. The caravan was a gold dog friendly. It was well equiped with everything needed. The good bit was the access to the beach. Although the nova centre was open it was the only place that was. The ice cream kiosk, the cafe and the fish and chip shop were all closed. The camp was quiet as few people were there, but the constant noise from the lawn mower and compact tractor going in and out of the yard opposite our caravan was annoying. Would request a caravan in a different part of the park if we came again.

Lovely location and Well kept site. Polite staff. For a silver rated caravan I would've expected central heating-with a baby it was hard to keep the bedrooms warm with the solo living room fire.

Great place to stay if looking for a quiet relaxing break. No club house on site but you can use the sister park nearby. Wouldn't recommend it if you like to party but for a relaxing break this is the place. Clean, quiet staff helpful.

We have recently become the proud owners of a beautiful caravan on Lyons Lido Beach Caravan Park. We visited quite a few sites in the area before settling here. We instantly had a welcoming good feeling about the site, the staff in reception were super helpful especially Josh! On our first visit we were walked around the park and up to the beach area showing us all the amenities and plots available, there was no pressure salesmanship. We returned the following week and Josh took us to another caravan site to look at the caravan we were interested in. Instant love at first site. From us deciding to take the plunge to the caravan being sited took around 2 weeks, were were kept informed throughout with regular contact from Josh. On our first stay Josh came round and went through everything again with us, the caravan was spotlessly clean, everything that was promised was done. We love everything about the site, the location, how peaceful and quiet and chilled it is etc. Thanks again to Josh for a hassle free, totally smooth experience.
