We have just come back from brynowen, spent a week their,, our caravan was in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean, amenities were good, and staff bright, cheerful and friendly, no complaints in those departments. But unfortunately we had paid £48 each for our two small dogs, but weren't made aware at time of booking that they are NOT allowed on the local beach,, which we found to be very disappointing, we personally would keep dogs on lead, but no not allowed, I feel this should be stated when they advertise dog friendly ??? This was the only down side , but it did spoil our holiday, trying to get to next beach was very difficult as no real safe place to walk, apart from walking around the caravan park several times a day, their was no where else to walk them , so be aware you pay to take your pets, but not allowed on beach 😢

Wasn't expecting much to be honest but the park was actually really nice, yeah it's on massive hill and it's a trek to the vans up top but the views are amazing. My only gripe would be the amount of bird droppings around the outside food area, on the seats and on the tables, makes for an unpleasant drink or dinner experience outside, I know it's hard to keep on top of that but from what we could see there was plenty of built up droppings over a long time that could be cleaned. Club house was fine, staff serving were great and friendly, a really good time away thank you

Lovely caravan, but a little damp. All the staff I met were brilliant. Bar meal expensive but lovely taste. Swimming pool ok and clean. Evening entertainment as expected, great for the kids. There's a steep hill leading to some parts of the site. Shame there's not much in the area, outside the camp, that doesn't come without cost. Could do with some local discounted activities..

Lovely place. Staff were all nice and location was beautiful. I would say the pool was freezing! And a bit dirty, with almost non existent changing facilities (big kids didn't care, toddler hated it being so cold)

The caravan and resort isn't anything special - parkdean over charge and don't have much thought for customers. However, this season's staff in Brynowen were a top lot - pool lads interacted really well with the kids and they loved each activity; restaurant bar guy was friendly and helpful; they made a pleasant change to our stay

We had a nice stay in our caravan and it was very reasonably priced! The beach near the park had a lovely sunset. The caravan was clean and kitchen area had everything we needed for meals. Only things that could of been improved: double mattress could do with being replaced (could feel all the springs) & the bathroom blind was mouldy.

Stayed here for 4 nights last week. The caravan we had was dated and the beds weren’t made and there wasn’t any bedding left for us to make them. The park itself was great, lovely views, swimming pool was good. Entertainment could of been better but I think if it wasn’t for Peter ( I think that was his name, Scottish guy) the entertainment would of been a massive let down.

Good caravan park. However, it's on a hill and a bit of a trek for anyone with mobility issues. Usual amenities on site, shop, arcade, reasonable indoor pool, clubhouse. Some caravan spots lack decent parking facilities.

Caravan was fabulous. Food was good, but usual pricier. Service was great. Only small letdown was the location of Caravan, as no sea view and located amongst other caravans. But, as we paid Sun holiday prices, and weren't at caravan much, it wasn't a problem. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, which was good accommodation without a view.

Rented a two bathroom caravan with washer and tumble dryer. We took our three grandchildren and loved the space. They were at one end we were at the other. Ages 13,11,and 9. We had a slight problem with one of the toilets which was quickly fixed. The place is wonderful,clean,tidy and very welcoming.

Arrived late after 8pm, caravan was spotless and really nice, unfortunately slight issue with gas boiler but after one phone call a nice gentleman called Morgan came within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. Caravan soon warmed up. Park overall was clean, went swimming and was very impressed, pool was warm and a very nice lifeguard called Patrick was very helpful and even turned slide on for us. My only critic would be the customer service before arrival to the park. I had a few simple questions but trying to speak to a human on the phone was impossible, very disappointed that the only way to speak to someone would be via smart phone or computer and even then it's via text, customer service prior to arrival 1 out of 10, once at the park 10 out of 10. Would I go again yes I definitely would. It would be 5 stars if you could speak to someone via phone prior to arrival.

The accommodation was pleasant. Shop is priced fairly although isn’t open late. The local shops also shut early. Feels a bit cut off by that. However the bar and restaurant, entertainment are open late. Nice little escape. The staff are pleasant mostly, others were somewhat unhelpful regarding a few issues I tried to raise. These were TV internet connection, and a payment that was taken and is still pending nearly one week later. This lead to money being unavailable, and the food ordered being not given. The money remains at pending This was disappointing and the staff could have honoured the order in relation to this transaction. Proof was available. Also. The food was attempted to be ordered by food app they use. But the app was useless and didn’t work. Then after walking down to order, the member of staff was dismissive and rude to my son regarding the issues we were experiencing. Reports being shrugged off won’t improve the service given . Being told the two issues we reported in the two nights spent there weren’t anything to do with the park site has put me off returning to Parkdean. This was the first time using Parkdean. The pool slide is a good one considering the pool is fairly small. The beach and views are nice

Campsite in a great location. Caravan very dirty and needing repairs. Heated pool-was freezing, the babies lips were turning blue. Soft play area been taken away with no communication. Restaurant also dirty and very unorganised.

Accommodation fabulous, staff on park were adorable! Pool out of use the entire week. Not happy when kids need to swim and can't do the beach! Restaurant overpriced, and never got the order right... shop brilliant (fabulous staff) all in all great just let themselves down with food and pool!

Really nice place to stay. We had a long weekend here and we all absolutely loved it. Close to the beach ⛱️ and local amenities and shops. The Rangers (staff) were very good with the kids and youth... We will be booking again...
