I wanted to update my review from a year ago with more good news. We have a whole new team here, and they truly care about this community. Caleb has taken the helm and brought a great crew in. I see them all working on updating and improving our place. Dustin (so nice, prompt, and knowledgeable) fixed an A/C issue and my air hasn’t been this nice and cool in quite awhile. Jimmy is friendly and helpful also. You can tell they truly care, it really shows. Caleb will roll his sleeves up and be outside in the heat working and making improvements, and it’s so wonderful to see his commitment and compassion for the residents. I haven’t met the new leasing agent yet, but I hear she is wonderful. My kids and I feel so safe and love our apt. The pool is always beautiful, clean and so are the grounds and dog park. Love the new pool furniture. This complex is so close to everything! So thrilled about where we live. Been here almost 2.5 years and plan on staying. Thank you Caleb and team!

The new management team is amazing! They are very efficient and helpful! Everyone in the office is friendly and they don't just treat you like another resident but as a close community and friends! Any time you have a need or concern to be addressed, they handle it promptly and as they would if it was their own personal situation or family! I always feel very welcome anytime I walk into the office or see them around the clean complex, very professional and kind! I'm very happy to see this fabulous change for the better! Great job on the hard work and dedication!

The new staff and changes have been very encouraging and have helped make living here a better experience. We recently had a maintenance issue and everything was completely replaced with urgency and kindness. We even received a follow up call after everything to ensure there were no further issues and to see if we needed anything else.

If I could give lower than one star, I would. We scheduled an appointment through the website for a tour of an apartment. The website indicated that there was availability. However, when we walked into the leasing office, the manager didn’t even acknowledge us at all. When he finally decided that he had to speak with us, I shared that we had an appointment for 2:00. He immediately started talking over us telling us that he has nothing available and that he is trying to clean up a mess in the office. He apparently didn’t believe we had an appointment and pulled up the list of appointments he showed. I stayed that we scheduled the appointment and would just like to see an apartment. I shared that we drove 2 hours for this appointment. He was incredibly rude and demeaning to us and even if we could get an apartment there, we would not. He was so rude and I hope that he is put in check with his attitude and behavior towards possible tenants. Look elsewhere for an apartment

Amazing team of people super helpful. When I first started the moving process it was hard couldn't get in touch with anyone, didn't know if I would get the apartment or not. I gave up calling and came in to the office to talk to someone and saw how unbelievably overwhelmed and stressed the staff are and yet still was incredibly helpful, fun, and easy to talk to. Thank you to the team at lofts of wilmington for making this experience smooth and getting me accommodated.

Complex recently had a change of staff and the Improvements have been significant! They have been super friendly and knowledgeable. Had issues with our appliances and they replaced them in a timely manner and communicated with us through the whole process.

Sharice Age has been AMAZING to work with!! From the very beginning, she was honest and up front regarding the units that were available, and instrumental in making sure that I was satisfied and happy with the whole leasing process. Even with some of the concerns I had, she was calm and very understanding. The apartment size is an adjustment from where I was, but for its size, i don’t think I could have done better with location, amenities and professional staff that truly work hard to make sure satisfaction is maximized. I am very happy here thanks in large part to Sharice. Thank you, ma’am, for making this easy!

These apartments are in a great location, and have really nice office workers. The current maintenance workers are prompt, attentive, and respectful about taking care of concerns in the units, however after changing ownership the landscaping and cosmetic upkeep of the property really went down hill. They used to have contracted regular power washing for balconies. Also the laundry facility is terrible. I have lived here 5 years and have never seen all the washers and dryers working correctly.
