First off I am a cook and have had this meal many times and enjoyed it so this is a true review. My meal was ridiculous Saturday Night 2 - 26 -2022. I Waited two hours to eat, one hour in the lobby and one to eat. My meal came out cold with burnt black mac n cheese that I had to scape to the side, dry gravy on top of my pot roast when it arrived and hard mash potatoes. The mashed potatoes were so stiff my fork stood up. I had to go home to find some food from being so hungry. Very sad because I am now a local and won’t be back.

As always, a delicious meal and great service. The wait wasn't very long once we got done shopping in the store.

4of us we for breakfast to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It took 45 minutes to get our food. It was the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had! The pancakes and French toast was so bad you couldn’t even cut it! And burnt the back was also burnt my scrambled eggs were actually tough! Dried out and rubbery. The waitress was terrible! I did not pay for my food. And the birthday lady.. they took 6.00$ of her meal cause her pancakes were so rubbery. She shouldn’t if paid at all. Matter of fact I’m going back to demand my 10plus dollars back. Cause I’m the one who paid for her meal. !! Time before that I was very in happy. My self Ian’s many friends have had extremely bad food there. Day and night. Many many of us will not return! And we all tell everyone not to go. Even people in the grocery line. I’m. Not a shy person and will speak up. Never again!

it was delicious. didn't wait long to be seated. didn't take him long to recognize us to take our order. and it didn't take long at all for it to serve us. CRACKER BARREL IS THE PLACE TO GO all the waitresses there and waiters are very very friendly and potent. just the one I had today was a very friendly at all that's why I put a three-star that's just for today. I went again today. Nothing changed at all. I just had a different waitress and she was very friendly and fast. The grandma's sampler is what I get most of the time unless I get meatloaf.

Once again Cracker Barrel did great job on our meals. I had meatloaf with hashbrown casserole and fried apples. The meatloaf was great...very tasty and a large amount. Hashbrown casserole was also great with just the right amount of onion. Fried apples were ate as dessert with a half of biscuit. If you have never tried your fried apples with your biscuit its time you did. Wife got the fried steak and was pleased and it looked really good. Overll a great place and the waitress qas on top of her job. Service was fast and attentive. Sorry disnt think to take pictures till was half finished.

I wouldn’t recommend eating here and skipping this entirely. My fiancé and I ate here while on vacation, and we have to stay this was the worst Cracker Barrel we ever went too for food. What was supposed to be tender meat, was rubbery. My meal didn’t taste good at all. Not to mention, the service was not great. The hostess couldn’t even smile, and was unfriendly. Our waitress was friendly, but didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert or needed anything else after she gave us our meal. She just put the bill on the table and that was it. The food took a ridiculously long time to come out, for a chain restaurant. It wasn’t even hot, it was warm like it was sitting out for a while. Terrible!

The food was consistent with what you expect from a Cracker Barrel and the coffee was served hot. The staff were all friendly however we had to wait quite awhile for our table. The hostess said that only two servers showed up for the Saturday AM shift so they had a 45min wait and half the tables were open. Management should consider increasing wages to attract more staff as a few people left when they heard the wait time. Overall clean facility and the gift shop was fully stocked with the typical toys, seasonal wares, and candy.

Worst experience. Sat down at 6:40pm and by 7:55pm never got our food!!! Ordered a fried chicken salad and the old timers breakfast. Nothing hard. After almost an hour, waitress still hadn’t brought our food and said she has to go put the salad together. We just left. Managers on duty Tammy and Kim. Terrible experience. Not sure why management wasn’t more attentive to what was going on in the dining room. Cant rate the food…never got any.

We had the fried chicken with mac and cheese and fries. It was delicious. Everything was hot and freshly made. It's one of the best fried chicken I've had.

Do not order delivery with these people. We really wanted some Cracker Barrel but did not have time to go out. So we decided to order thru Uber Eats. We have always loved Cracker Barrel’s food and and the quantity has always been more than I could eat. But for reasons unknown they skimp on quantity and quality for delivery. We paid $20 plus Uber for this plate. Ridiculous.

Haven't been in 4 years. Food was great. My server was great. Cashier was horrible. She had to scratch off the PIN cover on the gift card to only tell me that I only had $7.40 on the card when my activation receipt showed $25. Wouldn't let me talk to a manager when I asked for one. Got told by the cashier that there was nothing they could do. I won't go back!

First of all I pull in to park & a sign is hanging that states "a neighborly reminder, lock your car & remove your valuables". Never seen anything like it!! Kinda freaky! Secondly, we had 7 people at our table. 2 kids (4 & 6 yrs old) & 5 adults, all but 1 over the age of 40. Four of us adults order a meal that consists of eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits, & gravy. 3 of us 4 are sitting on one side of the table. Our food starts being brought out & the one person opposite of us, that order the same, was given his plate but it was missing an extra egg he had ordered but everything else was good. He was given his 2 eggs, grits, bacon, biscuits, & gravy. Now my side of the table starts getting our food brought out a little at a time. I asked for extra crispy bacon, it was not. My guy has for sausage & bacon both, they forgot his sausage. And not one of the 3 of us were given our biscuits and gravy. When they finally brought it out they brought a basket of biscuits, which was done, but only handed us ONE small bowl of gravy. I asked the waitress "are the 3 of us supposed to share this gravy?" To which she replied "yes". Now tell me, how are we supposed to share it when we weren't even given a spoon to scoop it out? & on top of that the guy across from us got the same size bowl & a basket of biscuits for just himself! Like wth?!?! To be honest tho, the biscuits and gravy were not good AT ALL & this was the consensus we all came to!

I'm not sure what the hype is about this place. It was pretty bad. The food not that good and had small portions of everything. Their dishwasher wasn't working so that's why we had things on paper plates but that's not an excuse for sub par food. The atmosphere was that of your standard cracker barrel with a Karen standing at the front of the kitchen door wanting to complain about her food and hold people up and the constant background noise of children screaming. Maybe this place could be good for brunch if it were the only resteraunt in town but in Wilmington there's atleast 40 to 50 other resteraunts that have way better food, service, and atmosphere. Sadly I won't be back.

Cracker Barrel is a place I go when I'm missing home. The country vibe takes me back to where I came from. The food is comfort food, I had the French toast this time and it was good. Our waitress split up the food exactly how we needed on separate plates and that was great. She was very helpful for sure.

Had a wonderful late afternoon experience dining here. The server and waitress were exceptionally polite and kind. Will return again!

Our waitress Emily was fantastic. Will be back soon. Was so delicious that we ordered supper while we were there, no cooking just pop it in the microwave. Then I had to check out the quaint little store and picked up $20 worth of stuff. Everything is so darn cute and yummy there!!!

Hit and miss sometimes on the food. It can be great and then not so great. But have always had great staff and are always accommodating. My biggest complaint is the biscuits are not always cooked enough and have almost tasted like uncooked dough.

Waited as per normal around lunchtime on Sunday for a table then was seated. Our waitress seemed to change three times??? It was a bit confusing to know who our server was. The food was great as usual which is why we like to go there and we were seated near the fireplace so got a great atmosphere experience. Overall other than the server confusion it was a nice time out.

I have been living in Wilmington for many years now and every once in a while I’ll come to eat here, the food is good most of the time. My parents and a relative of mine enjoyed the way how they made the pancakes, especially the texture how it turned out and eggs while I was there. I may have to say they have ramped up their menu a bit with new additions which I may say looks good. One of the plates that I had was the Saturday special of the fried pork chops with 2 sides and corn bread, which I may say was excellent. And I believe it was a new selection for yearly week round they had on the menu. The size of the pork chops was a pretty big size, at first when I ate the first one I thought I couldn’t eat the second one but I finished the whole plate anyways. Which at times I wonder I shouldn’t have. Coming here has been an experience
