The curtains had not been replaced for about a year. The shared bathroom on each floor is in a deplorable and terrible condition. I'm afraid to go there. In the one on the ground floor, no one risked taking a shower, everyone used the bathroom upstairs, which was in a slightly better condition. We stayed there for two nights on these squeaky beds and in dirty rooms, and I must point out that on the second night, hardly anyone bothered to take a shower. It is not possible to open the window due to the busy street and the neighboring fire brigade - the noise is incredible. I would forget about the kitchenette, God bless you, if you can call it a kitchenette, of course, one for all. Apparently the microwave on the first floor was burned out and the kettle didn't work. You can draw the rest of the conclusions yourself. The terrace is dirty and littered. Greetings and a warning against this guesthouse.

We lived for three months in a room for two, but it was too small for one person. there's not fungus on the walls, but a fungus, the shower is just terrible, an overweight person simply can't squeeze in. You will have to cook food on a small el. stove, the host is not friendly, there is no washing machine, which was a significant problem. I don't recommend staying there for more than one night.

No, no and no again. The room was supposed to have a bathroom - it turned out to be the size of a broom closet, and the bathroom was shared in the corridor. In addition, guests from the first floor also used it, so the atmosphere was like in a dormitory. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom also left a lot to be desired. Bugs running around the toilet are definitely not my thing. However, I must admit that the owner is friendly, although maybe he tries a little too hard to "be useful" to the guests when greeting them. Overall, I don't recommend it.

I'll tell you right away that I didn't stay in the hotel. The gentleman answering the phone (probably the owner) effectively discouraged me from doing so. After asking if I could receive confirmation of the reservation after paying the advance payment, I received the answer that you "don't deal with such things." Then he wished me a nice day and hung up. I understand that the price may not be excessive, but it does not exempt you from treating hostel guests in a polite manner.

For PLN 35 per person, there is nothing to complain about, the owner is very nice, so I don't understand other (negative) opinions about him, he gave us the tips needed by a tourist visiting Wrocław for the first time. The room is modest but you can sleep well, the bathrooms are OK considering the price, the kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, hotplate), unfortunately no cups. I recommend :)

For me, the location is perfect, close to the university, and trams and buses go to the market from stops about 10-15 minutes away. Contact with the owner is excellent and never causes any problems, and it's nice to talk to him sometimes. In my opinion, you can recommend accommodation in this guesthouse, especially since the rental price is not excessive. I nie myślą tu o sprzątaniu nalanej na podłodze wody spod prysznica, niestety:( Tu akurat powinien zareagować właściciel, ale nie będzie on przecież stać cała noc i dzień pod drzwiami łazienki i kontrolować jej stan po wyjściu gościa. Być może wystarczyłby jakiś napis na drzwiach łazienki:) Co do stanu pokoi i budynku, to są one schludne i wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Jedynie co bym zmienił, to pościel i niektóre łóżka, które są już lekko zniszczone i czuć nad ranem sprężyny w plecach ;) Ogólnie w budynku właściciel robi remont kolejnych pomieszczeń i korytarzy. Lokalizacja jak dla mnie jest doskonała, blisko uczelnia, a na rynek jeżdżą tramwaje i autobusy z przystanków oddalonych o jakieś 10-15 minut. Kontakt z właścicielem jest znakomity i nigdy nie robi żadnych problemów, a i miło pogadać czasem z nim można. W mojej opinii można polecić nocleg w tym Pensjonacie zwłaszcza, że cena wynajmu nie jest wygórowana.

The bathroom on our floor hadn't been cleaned for probably 20 years. The owner, after paying the advance payment half a year earlier, immediately after check-in, comes after 11 p.m. and wants the rest of the money - as if we were supposed to escape from this mess. A room for a couple - one bunk bed and one single bed - we slept great together... We spent the whole day outside this "apartment", just to avoid staying there. I strongly advise against it, it's not even worth the PLN 35/person (it should be a maximum of PLN 10/person).

This place looks old and dirty. Smells badly in corridor (mix cigarettes with some chemicals)the room kept unpleasant smell of some kind of chemicals like in hospital too, dirty walls, dust on TV etc., very chip bedclothes.

As for the facility, for the price it is ok. Clean rooms, close to the shop, the center less than 30 minutes away by bus. The only downside is the bathrooms - considering the number of rooms, they could use a few more of them

I'm sorry but I don't recommend this hostel. We were there (3 adults), unfortunately only for 1 night. The triple room we were in smelled of dust, humidity, etc. The smell was noticeable, especially when you entered the room. An old sleeping box, on mattresses on which, when you lay down, you felt that the springs were about to dig into your body. Walls that had no fresh paint for a long time. Outside the window on the balcony there was a lot of mess, some broken bricks, the so-called rubbish bin. Bathrooms minus that unfortunately only in the corridors. I will say that the only advantage of the bathroom was that there was hot water. And no one has been renovating these bathrooms for a long time. In general, the price was PLN 35 per person, in my opinion, too high for such conditions. The owner should charge a maximum of PLN 20 per person. Another advantage was that we were close to the hospital on Kamieńskiego Street. But that was the only advantage apart from hot water. In general, I do not recommend accommodation. It is better to spend more for accommodation but, under normal conditions, be able to stay overnight. Unfortunately, a great disappointment!
