We
were
there
at
the
weekend
on
the
express
recommendation
of
a
local
who
has
known
the
owner
for
many
years
and
was
only
able
to
get
a
table
at
short
notice.
Otherwise
the
waiting
time
will
probably
be
several
weeks.
Touted
as
the
"best
Italian",
the
ambience
initially
surprised
us
a
little,
not
to
say
frightened
us.
In
a
small,
very
simple
(not
to
say
unadorned)
space
there
are
rocky
tables
for
around
18,
perhaps
a
maximum
of
20
guests.
Comfortable
and
beautiful
are
different,
but
that
quickly
became
a
minor
matter.
A
menu
of
15
courses
ensured
complete
enthusiasm.
Small
snacks,
usually
eaten
in
just
one
bite,
made
me
initially
doubt
whether
I
would
be
full
-
spoiler:
yes,
I
was,
very
much
so!
Fish
and
seafood
came
to
the
table
in
quick
succession
and
in
a
wide
variety
of
variations,
as
well
as
well-known
classics
such
as
vitello
tonnato,
burrata,
a
sorbet,
a
raviolo
with
truffle,
finally
steak
and
veal
rolls
with
asparagus
and
a
wonderful
dessert
with
many
lovingly
prepared
components.
Actually,
I'm
more
of
a
rustic
type
who
devours
a
huge
mountain
of
meat
at
a
Greek
restaurant,
or
who
needs
a
good
schnitzel
with
a
double
portion
of
fried
potatoes
to
fill
me
up...
but
this
menu,
this
way
of
eating
was
a
wonderful
change
that
I
didn't
know
that
before.
With
a
menu
price
of
79
euros
plus
drinks,
it's
not
something
for
every
day,
but
something
worth
enjoying
on
a
special
occasion.
The
price
is
absolutely
justified.
The
service
is
warm
and
friendly,
you
immediately
feel
welcome.
I
deducted
one
star
for
the
ambience,
which,
according
to
the
praises
of
my
friends,
didn't
meet
my
expectations
(spacious,
stylish,
cloth
napkins...)
-
but
maybe
I
just
didn't
understand
the
concept
and
should
consciously
feel
like
I
was
at
the
kitchen
table
of
an
Italian
mom?
No
offense
;)
However,
there
is
absolutely
nothing
to
complain
about
about
the
food
itself
or
the
value
for
money;
I
would
even
give
it
6
or
7
stars
if
that
were
possible!
