Delicious food. Small and cosy... was in attendance for a private event and everything was lovely.

Came back after COVID-19 to try the new pizza menu and loved it! Even thought it's great to sit outside in Luisenstraße and watch people, if you have an opportunity and want a cosier setting, their inside courtyard is beautiful! We'll be back for sure.

Went to Wuppertal for our honeymoon and chose 79 as our fancy dinner of the trip. It was amazing! We went for the four course dinner, chef’s choice. I think the ultimate test of fine cooking is when you eat the ingredients you normally would avoid. I’m not big on beans or bell peppers, for example, but I enjoyed every bit of every single course that was served. Honestly, not only great food, but an incredible experience, extremely kind and welcoming staff, beautiful atmosphere. Something off a luxurious bucket list, that’s for sure!

What I found particularly great and unfortunately no longer a matter of course these days: We brought decorations, fairy lights, flowers and the team decorated everything and prepared it for us. They had a great knack for it. Every guest got a big "wow" when they entered. It was wonderful!!! All guests thought the food was great. Even a guest with many intolerances could eat without any restrictions after prior information and was totally grateful for it. The team was super nice and went through everything. Nichts was man überall bekommt, schön angerichtet und geschmacklich wunderbar. Zudem haben wir dort im letzten Jahr im "Innenhof" unsere kleine Hochzeit gefeiert. Es war ein Traum. Alles war total unkompliziert..von Planung bis zum Ablauf. Ist vielleicht nichts für Bräute, die super drüber sind, denn die Besitzer sind tiefenentspannt und das könnte die ein oder andere Dame aus dem Konzept bringen :-) Wir fanden`s klasse! Was ich besonders toll fand und heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist: Wir haben Deko, Lichterketten, Blumen gebracht und das Team hat alles geschmückt und für uns vorbereitet. Ein tolles Händchen hatten sie dafür. Jeder Gast hat bei Eintritt ein großes "Wow" herausbekommen. Es war wunderschön!!! Essen fanden alle Gäste klasse. Auch ein Gast mit vielen Unverträglichkeiten konnte ohne Einschränkungen nach vorheriger Info mitessen und war total dankbar dafür. Das Team war super nett und hat alles mitgemacht. Rechnung durfte easy nach der Feier beglichen werden. Wir sind begeistert und seitdem Riesenfans!

Alles war sehr ansprechend angerichtet, Geschmackvoll und konnte auch in der Größe der Portionen überzeugen. Allein beim Dessert war Luft nach oben, es fehlte der Pfiff. Das Ambiente hat uns leider nicht angesprochen... zu dunkel & kühl wirkende Wände, unbequeme Plastikstühle - nicht stimmiges Interieur aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache ;) Das Highlight sollte ja das Essen sein.
