An
informative
museum
about
chocolate
that
took
us
about
2
hours
to
complete.
The
building
itself
is
quite
pretty
and
gives
you
nice
views
over
the
Rhein
and
city.
You
also
get
a
few
pieces
of
chocolate
with
your
entry
ticket.
The
museum
takes
you
through
the
history
of
chocolate,
the
cocoa
plant,
its
manufacturing
and
even
touches
on
the
slave
trade
associated
with
modern
chocolate.
It
is
a
comprehensive
look
at
the
industry.
Very
informative
and
in
real-time.
Because
of
COVID,
there
were
a
few
things
closed
off
but
the
museum
found
other
ways
to
ensure
you
got
the
full
experience.
I
would
have
liked
to
have
seen
more
hand
sanitizer
around
the
museum
because
there
are
a
lot
of
interactive
elements.
The
manufacturing
display
is
not
wheelchair
accessible
but
there
is
a
video
at
each
station
that
helps
explain
what
is
happening
inside
the
machines,
if
you
can't
access
the
narrow
stairs
to
peek
into
the
drums.
There
is
an
elevator
to
the
different
floors
of
the
museum
and
the
bathrooms
were
wheelchair
accessible.
Overall,
this
is
a
great
museum.
Explanations
are
in
both
German
and
English
language,
and
the
information
is
presented
clearly.
I
really
liked
how
that
linked
chocolate
to
geo-political
elements
throughout
history,
too.
Kids
would
enjoy
this
museum
as
much
as
adults.
Don't
miss
the
exhibit
on
the
top
floor!
It
was
the
most
fun
with
interactive
games
and
displays.
