This must be one of the saddest hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s old and hardly updated. Quite cold in winter with central heating centrally controled. It is clean though and the staff is nice.

It was clean, service was good and I enjoyed the German Breakfast a lot. When I visit my brother again, I will stay there again.

The staff is very and accommodating. The hotel is dated even though the rooms appear to be recently renovated. But even though it is right off of the highway, it's in a quite location. Big plus is the breakfast was Vegan Friendly!

Unfortunately, upon my kind request to supply with the second key to the room they looked for and said they do not have the second key. It is rather strange and not comfortable to share always a key with collegue.

For what you pay, it's amazing. Staff is patient and very kind. Breakfast is great and there is lots of variety. Everyone can have a good breakfast here. Even special options for vegan/gluten allergies. Including fresh fruits/eggs/bacon/sausage/breads(croissants, etc)/fruit jellys/yoghurts and much more. It's noticeable that the rooms aren't 5 stars. But they definitely are clean and well cared for, so for me definitely a 4 star. It's spacious and comfortable. The beds are great and pleasant. It also includes a bath!! The location of the hotel is great. it's not even 1 minute, and you're already on the highway. Also, the wuppertal zoo is a 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk away. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay, and we would stay here again.

Was here for business closeby the hotel. I was only in the room for sleep and shower so I dont need any luxury but the shower was so bad,the waterstream had no pressure at all. The toilet made the whole time a buzzing noise. The room didnt even get cleaned every day while I payed for it. Hotel located near the highway and a crosspoint with cars waiting for the green light at night with loud music. Meat at the dinner was also bad, alot of fat at the argetinean beef. Rooms were also badly cleaned with alot of missed and gross things I have nothing positive to say, well the only positive thing was the moment to check out. Never again

The room was dirty. We requested a double room but was given a double plus a sofa bed, which we folded back. We were offered another room but that was a double plus a single, not what we asked for. The staff were good and the breakfast was very good. The outside area's were dirty and run down ( near the closed swimming pool). Would not return.

It's alright. Seems like a decent value for money. During breakfast soy milk available upon request. Unfortunately bread seems to be occasionally "refreshed". Generally place is alright.

Had to cancel for 3 people, due to disease. However after contacting the hotel we got no response for change of dates or possible refund. Poor customer service I guess 🤘

Nice place for our group ,allowing our cooks to cook and serve Indian food to our 175 delegates. The compound (drive way) and reception could take a make over. Place is well connected to train and Wuppertal hbf

Room and facilities were ok but could be better. Food was on the edge in terms of flavor and quality. Personnel some very good, some in the limit. Summary a good place if you only have to spend the night and leave.

A little bit outside of the city,relatively quite though because it's next to a big road.The breakfast is amazing and the staff is friendly (the maids too!!!)The pool was protected a bit too much and we weren't sure we could use it.All in all its worth every penny and would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff,nice clean rooms and good size,good selection of breakfast menu.I could have given it 5 stars but only because the pool was not heated amd I booked this hotel mainly for the pool. I will book this place again when I come back to the area

The good: nice breakfast buffet, nice servers at dinner with decent food but limited menu. The bad: rude front desk, very Spartan rooms, with poor quality bedding & towels, short doorways and showers (beware of your head if >6 feet tall.

The location is great, service, friendly people working there, the rooms are always clean and very good. It always nice to be there. Breakfast is great, nothing to complain about it. I recommend it

No aircon in the rooms, WiFi connection is good but the Internet is rubbish! Being in the 21 century I would of expected better especialy for the price off the rooms. Food is ok, McDonald's is better.

Nice hotel and nice employee's that are also nice to loud customers and a good service to those that staying 1 or 2 days.

My favorite hotel!!! I often stay at this hotel due to business in the area. I am feeling like my second home now. All the staff are wonderful!! All the reception team all the restaurant staff and of course the cleaners !! all staff are wonderful and welcoming. I love the soups at the restaurant and the great breakfast, I enjoy working at the lobby area with the comfortable sofas and the ladies in the back office to printing for me whatever form I need always with a smile.
