was
in
hotel
for
around
week,once
we
arrived
we
found
out
that
tv
is
non-working
and
we
don’t
have
a
tablet,
which
is
was
marked
at
your
website.Your
worker
offered
us
to
change
a
room
at
the
next
day,
but
it’s
uncomfortable
to
us,
because
we
have
a
huge
luggage
and
I’m
after
surgery,
we
booked
hotel
to
relax,
not
to
moving
all
our
luggage
between
the
rooms,
for
a
few
days
it
was
a
construction
works
with
a
awful
noise
near
our
room,
one
day
our
room
wasn’t
cleaned
up.
I’m
paying
you
for
a
comfortable
stay
and
for
those
things
that
are
listed
on
your
website.
As
a
result,
I
paid
the
money,
but
did
not
receive
a
response
from
the
service,
which
is
contrary
to
consumer
rights.Terrible
customer
service,
avoid
this
place
