On
the
verge
of
completely
ruined
weekend.
1.
I
have
booked
this
hotel
specifically
because
it
indicated
on
Booking.com
that
it
has
sauna
and
an
outdoor
swimming
pool.
I
made
the
reservation
without
the
possibility
for
cancellation
due
to
the
booking.com
policies.
After
the
booking
and
payment
you
receive
an
email
that
says
that
you
have
to
book
and
sauna
separately,
which
is
in
a
complete
different
building
any
technically
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
hotel,
the
swimming
pool,
which
as
indicated
on
booking
is
free
of
charge,
is
a
part
of
the
sauna
and
is
inaccessible
if
you’re
haven’t
booked
the
sauna.
Of
course,
upon
arrival
all
the
slots
in
the
sauna
were
booked.
It
is
not
the
only
hotel
which
says
it
that
they
have
sauna
and
a
pool,
but
the
only
one
to
claim
they
have
it,
while
they
technically
do
not.
In
the
normal
situation
a
hotel
with
a
sauna
and
pool
provides
an
access
to
these
facilities
for
the
rest
of
the
hotel,
otherwise
I
do
not
see
how
could
they
claim
having
facilities
that
are
in
the
separate
building
and
which
you
have
to
book
separately.
Again,
this
information
is
unknown
until
the
email
which
is
being
sent
after
you’ve
completed
the
reservation
and
payment.
2.
After
I
pointed
this
out
to
the
staff,
we
ended
up
arguing
about
whose
responsibility
it
is
,
which
in
their
opinion
was
mine
and
how
they
cannot
do
anything
about
the
situation,
because
the
sauna,
if
a
separate
entity
(!)
and
they
also
refused
to
return
me
the
money
for
the
hotel,
which
I
would
prefer
and
just
go
to
another
hotel.
After
some
time
of
bickering
and
annoyed
conversations
over
the
phone
they
have
offered
me
a
free
of
charge
1,5
hours
stay
in
the
sauna.
The
sauna
was
truly
great,
but
as
I
already
indicated,
in
normal
circumstances
when
you
book
a
hotel
with
a
sauna
and
pool,
you
can
access
it
for
more
than
1,5
hours.
3.
The
photos
of
the
rooms
on
booking
do
not
correspond
the
rooms.
More
specifically
the
room
I
booked
“double
room
with
private
bathroom
“
has
6
photos
attached
to
it
and
they
all
are
from
different
rooms,
which
are
much
bigger
and
nicer
than
the
one
I
ended
up
staying
at.
Otherwise,
the
hotel
is
very
clean,
with
all
the
necessary
appliances
in
the
rooms,
having
some
nice
personal
touches
to
it.
Although,
in
my
opinion
it
is
not
very
good
value
for
the
money,
once
I
payed
136
euro
per
night
just
for
staying
in
a
small
room,
with
a
tiny
window
and
a
view
towards
someone
else’s
window.
The
location
is
all
right
but
nothing
very
special
to
be
explaining
the
cost.
I
do
not
know
was
the
problem
with
the
description
and
deceiving
information
on
the
side
of
the
hotel
or
booking,
but
please
be
careful
booking
this
facility
since
the
information
they
provide
on
booking.com
is
very
inaccurate.
