Very low quality. Despite having double room reservation I was given single bed room. After call to manager the problem was solved. Rooms clean, but furnitures are already old and in poor quality. Breakfast good.

Very inflexible hotel unfortunatelly. I booked a room in the morning and in the evening had to cancel it unfortunatelly. Due to the fact that my rate was withiout the possibility to cancel it free of charge. I asked them to cancel on the very same day, even charging me a fine if they wanted, but they do not really care, saying this is the roomrate you chose, and that's it. I had similiar situations with other hotels, and NOT EVEN ONE HOTEL was so inflexible.

I was there to visit my parents staying there. So i can not say that much about service but i really liked the interior and the feeling and softness of the bed. They said the breakfast was okay but not great so only 4/5 Stars.

Nice hotel with friendly staff at decent prices. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately had it fixed and compensated us for our inconvenience. We would definitely pick this hotel again when in the area.

Very different. Well worth a visit. The outside looks dreadful but the rooms were immaculate, and the bathroom was a pleasure to use.

Nice hotel, restaurant was disappointing. No elevator and water pressure in the shower dropped constantly...

No cleaning service in the room. Shower inundated the bathroom. No elevators. No handsoap. I don't understand why this hotel has been rated so highly.
