I visited the Lindenhurst location to make a return. However, I browsed the store for possibly exchanging the item. As I greeted the two employees at the register (one being the Manager), I was ignored. Although, I was the only person in line waiting for assistance they continued to laugh, joke, and discuss personal issues as I stood there for several minutes. As a manager she should set a better example. They were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The store is overpacked, unkept, and dirty. This was my first and last time shopping at this location. If I could give a rating of less than one star, I would.

The customer service I experienced at this store is unacceptable. Speaking in Spanish under the impression by the way that I look that I wouldn't understand is a reflection of their ignorance (FYI, I understood) Three girl employees laughing and giggling behind the counter and no one wanted to step up to do their job to ring up a paying customer, WOW. Bad customer service. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at any Rainbow Shop ever again because of it.

The clothes are awful!!! Not at all like they were years ago. Their clothes are geared for a certain race of people. Ya know who I mean. Trampy clothes and those door knocker earrings. STAY AWAY FROM RAINBOW SHOPS!!! Save your money and go to TJ MAXX, Old Navy, Kohls or Marshalls. Better class of people as well

This is my store to dress up and look good on a budget. Especially when they have the shoes sale. It is all for us girls and the prices are excellent. They also carry plus sizes. It is way over crowded though, trying to maneuver between the racks and sometimes you got to hurry to get out someone's way that needs to pass. Wish they had more space. Will be back though.

a couple of years ago, I came to this location to return a pair of pants that didn't fit. the girl at the register scanned my receipt and pretended to not see the pants on the computer. both my mom and i told her it was on the computer because both of us saw it. so we asked to speak to someone else because this woman was basically accusing me of stealing the pants(which if I did steal the pants, why would I return them?). that was my last time going to this location.

- no changing rooms. If you don't know your size, too bad! Buy it, try it at home, and waste your time bringing it back - if you haven't been there before and want to try a top over your shirt, you're rudely told to stop - no returns on lingerie, so if you get the wrong size you're stuck - it's not posted ANYWHERE but items under $5 can't be returned. They need to verbally TELL you that but when I bought my clothes, the new employee said nothing. Just wasted my time and gas trying to return this to be told I can't - staff don't greet you, don't offer help, and are all generally curt and unfriendly. They are not apologetic about any above policies

Really no room to shop like you want, everything seem cramped together. Customer service soso.

Very good, just cluttered, they should get more space from somewhere. But not having a dressing room is a downer, cause you have 7 days you can return anything. If it's a gift, that would be bad., other than those comments, very nice guy as cashier

Do not shop here this is the worst customer service I have ever received!! I was away on vacation and could not get back in 7 days to return the stuff that doesn't fit me because they refuse to have dressing rooms to try clothes on.. All I want is my money back for the clothes that don't fit me and I will never ever shop here again ! I was on hold with customer service at 7:50pm and they decided to keep me on hold until 8 o'clock and then disconnect my call because they closed at 8 o'clock! I will now have to call back tomorrow during MY business hours! Absolutely ridiculous! HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY RAINBOW SHOPS!

🤦🏻‍♀️this store’s merchandise quality has really gone down in the dumps everything is cheap looking quality and style - this used to be my spot too.
