I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! My children were both very nervous to go to the dentist and they had the most positive, fun experience and felt no pain at all. Dr Terence and Jade were exceptional! They put the kids at ease from the moment we walked in and made the whole experience fun and exciting. My daughter can’t wait to go back! Extremely friendly and patient and great dental work! Thank you so much. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a bad toothache. After treatment by Dr Miff, l was able to enjoy my food. Excellent outcome. Good job Miff !. Overall very good service. I even get a follow up call from BMDH the next day. Friendly receptionists and dental nurses. Nice environment inside. Highly recommended.

My dentist was Dr Terence and dental nurse Emma. On my 1st appointment I spoke with Dr Terence about my budget. He managed to save 9 of my teeth within my budget. The perersonal service was amazing. I can now smile again. They were both extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. 5 visits. Totally professional but also very kind to my needs. I can't thank Dr Terence and dental nurse Emma enough for my smile. Totally recommend my team, but the practice as a hole.

I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere, but today I went in with a high level of anxiety because of a different clinic but I was immediately eased upon walking in. The waiting room is very calming. The receptionist are incredibly polite and helpful, then dental assistant Mollie was absolutely lovely and so professional. She helped with Dr Miff Lee to fix my teeth. I am beyond happy with their service. A 5 star review isn’t high enough for the level of gratitude I have for their service. Thank you again.”

I'm a massive supporter of Australian Sugar and make sure I eat more than my fair share of sugar. This obviously leads to more dental visits than normal. I decided to try this dental practice and have been more than happy with the results. All the staff are very professional and look after you extremely well. I ended up with Dr Tania and must say this Dr is the best that I have ever come across in a dental practice. Patient and caring. Thank you for all your help and especially thank you Dr Tania for doing a great job.

By far the best dentist I have ever seen. My 5 year old has Autism so finding a good dentist she felt comfortable with was top priority. Oh boy, she might be too comfortable. They shower her with so much patience, love and fun. All the staff are so friendly, my daughter is constantly asking when she is going back for her check up as she now LOVES going to the dentist. They make the kids feel safe and give the parents ease because of how comfortable it is. Even the waiting area is stunning, they have a mini fridge for water and a coffee machine! The TV also gives you fun facts about our teeth. I can’t thank you guys enough, you really have made such an important impact on her and I’m forever grateful.

Absolutely easily the best Dentist I've ever come across. Dr Terence is the most amazing Dentist to kids. My daughter has had to have most of her baby teeth removed surgically and he manages to calm her down and is very gentle and understanding with her to be able to do the procedure. Thank you for everything you do.

This is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. Dr James Duong was fantastic. I didn't feel I was just another patient, he spent time explaining what was wrong. I had 2 teeth extractions, and he explained everything from the start, during, and the end of my procedure. He made me feel relaxed. The numbing paste was amazing, I never felt the needles. The dental nurse was really lovely. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Thank you

I was booked in with very short notice by Courtney, which was amazing. As I had a very wobbly sore tooth that was giving me a lot of pain and discomfort. Was removed that day, I am terrified of needles and the dentist was reassuring and respectful of my fear. Was the most comforting dentist experience I’ve had. And will be back to finish off the work I need done. Thank you team!

I had my checkup and clean today at Bacchus Marsh Dental House. Dr Miff was amazing, very gentle and very kind. Maylene was also very attentive, nice and friendly. The girls at the reception Sharyn and Kathy also made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the door and were very very friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone out there looking for a dentist!

What a wonderful experience. I am always terrified of dentists and hence my lack of wanting to book an appointment but from the moment I walked in the girls at the front desk were kind and caring and Dr Terrance was absolutely amazing, so caring not rushing and really kind. The nurse Emma was a lovely caring person as well and both were very professional. I went home and told my wife she had to call and make an appointment. So lovely to go to a local dentist with clean facilities, purple a beautiful colour and I walked out with a free purple pen lol Thanks guys Kath 🌻

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the professionalism of all staff. Dr Miff Lee is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She ensured I was ok throughout the checkup also ensured I had no pain. This will be my preferred Dentist going forward. Thank you everyone 😊

Dr. Terence is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Dr Miff was amazing on my daughter who is naturally very anxious and easy gets overwhelmed. It was a such a great experience for her and she is no longer afraid of visiting the dentist. Thank you
