Really bad experience. Went for a birthday party and there was no extra water provided. Only one jug was provided even though the package said unlimited water and cordial. Kids were so thirsty, they practically forced us to buy water. When we tried to tell the guy serving us, his analogy was he worked in a petrol station and water is more expensive than petrol. Ridiculous, please come up with a better analogy next time. The guy was so rude and practically threatened me of if I put his video talking about his ridiculous analogy on social media. It was scary. Being a mother of a ten year old, I have been to a lot of better play centres in the West but never had a bad experience. I have had my kids birthday party in much better and professional play centres and have never been denied of something so basic as water. Would never recommend anyone to come here. I won't deny it felt a bit racist in the play centre.

Great place for family time and kids play time. Also for kids birthday parties. Staff are very caring and honest. All our friends love this place.

Play centre is spacious, Joey and staff are very helpful and accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday here and she had loads of fun. Thank you Joey. Only thing is, place gets little chilly after sunset as heater runs in a timer mode, so carry warm clothes

I did host my daughter's birthday party at Kidz digz and kids had amazing time. Great management, very friendly staff, extremely clean, high quality food, reasonable prices. Awesome choice for kids activities or birthday parties. The Galaxy room with disco lights is not to miss. I would highly recommend this place.

Kidz digz is such an awesome place to go or to host kids birthday parties. They have theme based and vibrant party rooms. The play area is massive with heaps of fun for kids of all ages.Huge jumping castle and multiple slides are must try. Friendly staff with great service. I highly recommend this play centre.

What a wonderful place to loose your tension and stress. Ķidz Digz is the place where children’s enjoy to the at most and never ready to return home. We had organised a friends gathering, approximately around 30 adults and 52 children’s, all parents felt so relaxed and enjoyed the entire time till the last minute. Kids were so occupied playing and having snacks. Ķidz Digz is so safe for children’s and so much to play around. It’s very well maintained and looked after. Thank you so much to the lovely staff who took care of all the needs and necessities of parents and children’s. I would strongly recommend Ķidz Digz, as this is the place where you can assure kids safety and complete engagement of kids where they can enjoy to the core. Anyone visiting once, can’t stop visiting frequently.

It's a very clean place, lots of seating, the coffee and chips were extra hot which was great and there are lots of things for the kids to play on. My 4 year olds loved it, they had plenty of options in terms of what they could play on and they were tired by the end of their time there so that was great for me. There are no downsides that I can think of and I think it's a great way to spend the afternoon and it was only $10 for each child so it's cheap too. The milkshakes are great also. I'll definately be back.

Lots of fun slides and plenty of room to run around. Adults can also join the fun too if you can keep up.

We celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday party in the super hero room and it was a very good experience. The food was very yummy and service was very good too. Everyone was happy and the centre was very clean. We'll definitely visit again.

Great venue for kids party and play dates! And the customer service is good too. I would highly recommend this lovely play centre for young kids and parents alike!

Dear Parents, I did my Daughter's birthday party at Kids Digs , I want to tell you , we had a bad bad birthday experience in our life. From the beginning management missed lead us, and all participated 10 kids, they were charged 13 kids, not only that, we were hire disco room, Karaoke machine did not work , kids were so disappointed, they did not refund the money. I have never seen this kind of disrespect, dis organise staff in my life, they served foods for kids same time cleaning the toilets. They don't have a seperate cleaners for clean the center, they don't want to care about the kids hygiene. Not only that, while kids were having their foods , one of the very rude staff member came and clean up all foods without asking us, me and my wife were so embarrassing in front other parents, and one of my daughters friend was crying, because staff took off her cake plate very rudely. Not only that, Management agreed given play time till 5pm, but the switch off by 4pm, and asked us to leave from center. I have mentioned in this main incidents only, From the bagging to end, we all unhappy. They just want the money, not quality service. Dear Parents, we want to tell you that, this is the place, I have seen in my life , disrespect, racist and rude staff, unclean, law quality foods and drinks, miss lead the client by owners. We would never recommended anyone to come to this play center as a Parents.

On summer very hot no aircond ... they have a few fan but only 1 fan they on, maybe the owner want save the energy .. the kids really sweating.. even us parents just seat got sweating too.. really bad..!
