We stayed at the Regent for our Honeymoon and it was one of the best decisions we made. Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to a sky pool villa which cost extra but it was worth it. The villa was spacious and well designed. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The private pool made us feel like we were in our own little paradise for the few days we were there. The spread at the breakfast buffet was amazing with options for every taste bud. The private beach is another plus! The hotel provided us with rental bikes which we were grateful for and used to get around the big resort. We can’t wait to come back.

The hotel was out of my expectation. Our room was spacious with the sunset view. The necessities in the room, complementary mini bar and laundry, Regent paid attention to every detail. We had a beautiful cake for our anniversary with a lovely hand written note. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Concierge Mr Khoi booked us to a last minute snorkel trip late at night. Thanks Regent for this memorable trip at Phu Quoc. We will come back again.

Here is my second visit to Regent Phu Quoc and the hotel never disappointed me. Everything was still awesome since the first step to the last one. The highlight of the hotel was the Regent Club. The staffs were very helpful and detail-oriented. Especially, Mr.Ha, the club manager, who helped us a lot during our stay and in our way back to the airport. They always remembered our preferences. The club served high quality food and beverages. The room was clean and equipped with great amenities to make sure the guests’ comforts. If you will be in the area. Regent Phu Quoc will be your great choice to stay.

A very comfortable resort hotel. The scenery and beach are very beautiful. The meals in the restaurant are rich. The service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Ms. Thu who served us from the moment we checked in is very friendly and enthusiastic. We will definitely come back next time if we have the opportunity.

Spent some days at the Regent as a family (with a small baby). After having stayed at other hotels on the island and many luxury hotels across the world, I believe that the Regent is in a class of its own. The rooms are incredible, beautifully designed and extremely well thought through. The restaurants, the pool, the beach and the spa are all outstanding. But what makes it so exceptional are all the small details like outstanding staff (waiters knowing your name), complimentary snacks /mini bar, garment care and bathrobes and slippers for the baby (by the way the kids club is incredible). Bruno, the head of food and beverages took a lot of time to give us more background on the hotel and even showed us around personally - that’s exceptional client service! Probably the best resort we have ever stayed at and definitely worth the premium pricing compared to other hotels on the island.

I can tell that all the staff I met during my stay were truly friendly and willing to help whenever there was a request. We stayed 2 nights for 3 bedroom. I have to say this is the best ever resort in Asia that I ever been. The room design is smart , clean, the view the atmosphere are definitely makes your holiday be perfect with no doubt. Services are excellent and all of the staffs are friendly. The awesome thing is the breakfast is very nice and well organized. Even through there are a lot of customer and buffet styles you won’t feel crowded or uncomfortable. Ms.Katrina who served us at the breakfast was extremely helpful since we are traveling with small kids. During the stays we had some misunderstanding about the in room BBQ services but they are very helpful and work it out with very professional way. We really appreciated that. The only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We found out there are actually plenty activities in the morning of check out. They do have the private yatch to enjoying the sunset with dine which we definitely want to try. And other marine activities are all included. Too bad we are drinking on the beach for 2 straight staying days. They do have a lot of champagne choices. Wonderful selection.
