I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the resort for providing excellent service and amenities during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The pool was large and beautiful, and the beach was stunning. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Came here with a group of 7 of us. For a 4 bedroom, each w private en suite bathroom and a private pool with kitchen it was 5 star and only about $60pp per night! You don’t need to leave often as this resort has everything. Pool was amazing if you wanted more space. It was so windy it was hard to enjoy the beach but if the weather is nice they have 3 hammocks which is top notch in my book!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and there’s a nice fitness area.

Nice spacious villas with buggy service on demand, whenever you want to use it. Nicely arranged resort with all services provided. Pricing is average with good service. Breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food options. Friendly service. Recommendable for family vacations. A bit off site, so you have to consume hotel provided services only. No outside food / drinks allowed to be consumed on hotel property grounds.

Architecturally beautiful and picturesque resort. Gorgeous sunset and sunrise views amongst white sand and palm trees, a true paradise. Direct beach access is fantastic, with a huge infinity pool the central attraction. Staff are friendly and always greet you.

Stayed at 4 resorts in Phu Quoc, New World has the best breakfast buffet by far. Rooms are decent, but I prefer the rooms under one roof. There is a fountain in the pool, I had to ask to turn it off at night. Took 10 min to get to the beach on foot, but there are rooms much closer to the beach. Great service, I really enjoyed my stay here. Next time I visit Phu Quoc, I will visit again.

Because of the sudden change of Vietnam Airlines flight time, we don't understand the language. Thank you for continuing to help us deal with it, so that we can return to Taiwan safely❤️❤️❤️ Let us leave good memories in Vietnam.

Had a great 2 weeks stay at this hotel. Villa was fantastic and kept very clean by the obliging staff. Villa pool was great. A few minor problems with the Villa were fixed in minutes. Breakfast was fantastic - plenty to eat and lots of choice. Main pool was massive and beach was great, with free kayaks. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The only niggle I had was the price of the food and drink outside of the inclusive package. Water with a meal is about 110,000 Dong (nearly £4). Beer is about the same price but with a short walk down the beach it is available for jut 15,000 Dong. Needless to say I drank down on the beach.

It's a great location for vacation. No need to plan any and just staying at the hotel eating swimming walking on the kem beach. Bike riding inside the resort is one joy for my stay. Swimming pool is grandeur and just front the kem beach. Many hammocks in the beach. Kayak riding also good. Nearby some nice restaurants too.
