I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. They had exactly what I was looking for! I had already been to 4 other stores. The price was at least 50% less than similar items I viewed at other stores. They even gift wrapped. I’m very happy!

Thrilled! Took my watch in for a new battery and got it back very quickly and they even set the time and cleaned it for me!

Needed a new battery in my Casio and googled Johnston Jewelers. It was about 50 miles round trip to this store but a nice day for a ride. I first called the store to make sure that they can change the battery. When I got there I was helped right away. I gave the watch to a sales person and she went into the back room and came out and asked if I could come back in an hour where upon I told her that I just drove 25 miles to get here. She then made the effort to get me a new battery which I appreciated. After about 15 minutes another associate (very friendly) came out and presented me with my watch which was now set to the correct date and time and running. I also appreciated this extra step. The store had plenty of parking and was easy to get to and would highly recommend this establishment!
