WHAT?!?! A veterinary office that is not controlled by the pharmaceutical companies and every single employee is as amazing as the next! I didn't know what to expect as my experience with that has been mixed. I am definitely an informed consumer and care enough about my dog to not take someone's word for it! This experience was nothing but pleasant, no, that doesn't quite describe it! I, we, felt heard, seen, and absolutely 110% appreciated! I popped in to use the restroom and there were two vet techs and the vet all loving on Gracie, my dog. She was so happy I barely got a glance. Dr Ellis, the vet, actually came out to the car in person, to talk to me and to get my dog. WOW... I mean this is how it should be but I've never been to an office that this is the way it happens. I'm sure it's different in non-covid protocol but I sure felt important and we all want to feel that way. The appointment didn't take terribly long and then Dr Ellis brought her back out to me to finish discussing that day's treatment and to advise for future visits, always keeping costs in mind along with what is best for my Gracie. I don't think I could be happier and I absolutely recommend this vet and clinic especially if you're interested in alternative therapies such as chiropractics, acupuncture and laser therapy. On a more personal note, I did have to put this on a credit card but I'm willing to do that because it's what's best for my dog.

Dr Moorman has been a wonderful vet for our various species of animals. We've tried a few in the area and she is just the best! Both sensible and caring - exactly what any good doctor should be. We're very thankful to have her as our vet!

Amazing service. The entire staff was compassionate and professional during one of the most challenging times in our lives. We are new to the area and did not have an established relationship with this office. Our senior pup, Misty (English Mastiff), was not well enough to travel to the office for care. Lacy was incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to ensure we could schedule a "farm visit" to assess her condition. When it became clear that we could not wait for the next day appointment, Jennifer was able to make an exception for emergency end of life care for our sweet girl. Dr. Brett was attentive to our concerns and explained the limited options for her well-being. We came to the conclusion that there was no treatment option that would give her quality of life. It was a heartbreaking experience that was made just a little bit easier with the care we received from these amazing, loving people. I cannot recommend this office enough.

When Dr Wolf and staff were here this place was amazing. Now it's hard to get in and the service hasn't been good. My dog is 14 years old and this is the only vet he's been to. I made an appointment for my dog to get his teeth cleaned. I had to wait almost 6 months to get him in for the teeth cleaning. The day before the surgery they called me to make sure he didn't eat or have water. Then later in the day I received another call, where they informed me "there was a problem and my dog needed to have a check up before his surgery." In my mind, I was thinking, shouldn't this have been stated when the teeth cleaning was booked months ago? So I said that, and they then said, " if you can bring him in today and we can fit him in is that ok?" I said yes. So they checked availability and then came back on the line and said, "there's another problem, your dog doesn't have his current rabies shot so we can't do the surgery without those shots." My dog has had multiple teeth cleaning at this place without a rabies shot. I'm not sure what's going on but this place is no longer the same wonderful place it used to be. I'm glad they are busy but when I can't get my stuff in for weeks and he's been there for 14 years, something isn't right.

Love Dr. Brett Ellis, he takes great care of the animals that come see him, they also take care of farm animals too, and offer services like acupuncture and laser therapy too. This is Arnold, a 3 legged corgi that's lost his ability to walk. Dr Ellis has been taking great care of him.

The team at Veterinary Associates' Xenia office has been magnificent with all our animals for nearly 20 years now! They are an experienced, knowledgeable, caring and personable group. We've gone through surgeries, acupuncture, serious illness and, thankfully, also regular well care with them with amazing results. I'd never take my furry friends anywhere else!

Went for the first time with my two girls Molly and Sadie (shihtzus) everyone was so nice and loved the atmosphere. Dr Brent was very thorough with the girls and they liked him. He was very gentle with them and very knowledgeable.

My sweet little Yorkie Poo had to be treated and eventually euthanized for back and hip issues which left him paralyzed. Dr. Deanna was compassionate and skilled in her treatment of him. I would recommend her many times over.

Brought my lionhead bunny in to be neutered and the staff here is absolutely amazing! They were all very nice and kept me informed when the doctor was running behind and they answered every question without making me feel like I was stupid. They took amazing care of my little thunderbuddy and I would 💯 recommend them to everyone!

The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. They make every effort ID and take care of any problems your pets may have, including recommendations and best places to go for surgical procedures that they might not be able to perform there.

I took a very sick doggie there Saturday morning trying to save him. Seen a vet leaving in a truck. He told me no one was on duty that morning. The staff were at a cancer walk in Columbus.
