I love the Pony Express, the doctors there literally saved my dogs life when she contracted Lime disease and I'm forever grateful for their expertise. They are also great with animals and humans alike, we all love them there at the Pony Express. 👍👍👍

They have been wonderful to work with since we moved into the area. After one our pups passed away they took care of the remains for no cost and that was before we were customers with them. Our other pups now go to them and get great affordable care every time we go.

The staff and Dr. Marshall was great when we had to say goodbye to our Lady. They took awesome care of her! I would definetely recommend them!

i have a german shepherd that has a LOT of anxiety so going to the vet can be really hard for him. i took him here about 3 months ago to be neutered and they let me stay with him until his medicine kicked in to help keep him calm. they were extremely understanding of his anxiety and did their best to make him comfortable. trust me, i know my dog is a pain, and he’s probably every vets worst nightmare, but it was nice to see anyone else be so patient with him! later i found a stray cat who was beaten up pretty bad & covered in cuts. i had to take him to a different vet (i don’t remember why) but after that visit my cat would not stop scratching a cut on the back of his neck. i wasn’t sure what to do so i started calling different vets to get him in, unfortunately none of them could fit him in. when i called here they asked me to send a picture of his cut and told me all i had to do was cover it up. very simple & obvious solution i know but they saved me at least $60 on a vet visit. the staff is very kind & they obviously care about all of the animals that come here. they’re also the most affordable vet i’ve ever taken my animals to.

One of the best vets in the Dayton area. Caring and professional. I had cats I took there when I lived in Xenia. I moved 40 minutes away from Pony Express, and I made the drive out there and skipped all of the vets more local to me.

Tgis playe is very good place and reasonably priced.they spayed my dog karma and did a great job.it has been a month now and you cant even tell where the stitches were they did a wonderful job

They treated our little Bishop like royalty. Answered all my questions without rushing me. Prices are reasonable. I can't miss an appointment because they text and call to remind me before every upcoming visit.

I can't express my gratitude enough!! My cat had a hematoma on his ear. His little ear was blown up like a balloon. These folks manage to quickly get my little guy in and performed a surgical procedure within days of his first consult. It was very inexpensive and the staff was so amazing! I was so worried this would be extremely expensive and it was not. Thanks again!! I now take all my pets here.

Experienced with high energy/ rambunctious furry kids like our ding dong of a Sheppard lol 🥰 Can't recommend their services enough, but will say be sure to sufficiently plan ahead for visits when possible as their quality care and facilities typically means their book is booked!

The best vet I have ever been to. I'm a little bit of a overprotective pet parent (lol...) and they never act tire of my random emails. I have a lab who is a menace (say less, right?...) and an elderly pitbull who is my heartdog and I'm mildly obsessive over, so.....they know us by name unfortunately and we just love them. :)

Though my pup was not a patient, he unexpectedly passed and these folks came to my rescue. Incredibly compassionate, kind, and actually cared about my dog. Though I had a different vet, when my dog was dying I called 3 different banfield locations and they all said, sorry, can't help, call an emergency vet. These folks were quick to say bring him in...but 10 mins later, he passed at home. Though I wasn't able to save him in time, these folks then helped me arrange a cremation service. They helped us to say goodbye after a super traumatizing and frustrating experience. They sent a bereavement card, as well as his pawprint. Their kindness is something that won't be forgotten during this horrible event. And now we will plant a memorial garden for my boy with the wildflower seeds they sent so my little one can remember our pup in a beautiful way. Thank you to the incredibly kind staff. Wish I had known of you all sooner. Maybe I'd still have my pup.

Nice, caring people who are patient and explain the details. Facility is clean and organized; just wish there was an overnight tech instead of going to an emergency vet hospital.
