Absolutely love this place! Plan to spend a bit more than usual in Spain (15-20€/p.p.) and you’ll not be disappointed. Everything we tasted was DELiCIOUS. Pretty much everything vegan, including the wines. I loved the desert so much!

I'm still sitting in Amberes. I've enjoyed an outstanding evening, literally because I'm alone in the restaurant, but figuratively because everything was great. Music started jazzy and is currently very smooth electro, perfect for an ambiance that would not break conversations. Cocktails are classics-with-a-twist perfectly executed, and food as well. The restaurant is vegetarian and allows for a full very tasty vegan meal. The staff has also been incredibly friendly, making efforts to make me practice Spanish. A++, hope to come back to Valencia :)

Lovely little vegetarian/vegan restaurant with authentic dishes and good wine selection. Ambiance is rustic and pleasant, staff is pleasant. To improve: Music speaker needs replacement and some dishes & wines sold out early evening. Overall recommended, would go again.

The restaurant was built in 19th century, antiquated with vegan substitutes. The food was well made and presented. The service support was limited and we had waitress-bartending-chef attending to us as best as possible.

We just shared a couple of small vegan bites but it was very filling and incredibly tasty! The olives were some of the best olives we ever tried and I also really liked the guacamole! I had one of their alcohol free cocktails, which was refreshing & delicious, and the waitress was very helpful with giving recommendations. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking to share a few dishes so you can try more from the varied menu. The only thing I regret is that I was too full to try any of their desserts 😂

We had the most wonderful food here last night. We had an amazing range of flavours and a variety of an incredible choice of plates. Our waitress and the chef happily explained all of our choices in great detail. Thank you for a superb selection of exquisite and imaginative vegetarian food.

What. A. Find! Delicious vegan bites, extremely welcoming atmosphere, open late! A stop (or two or three) at Amberes will not disappoint!

Everything is refined, food, wine, service. Amberes provides an amazing menu, the croquetas and berenjenas we tried were highlights ! We absolutely want to go back to try more.
