In
order
of
importance:
1.
I’ve
been
a
member
of
Inspirato
until
recently.
Our
third
trip
out
was
to
Valola
in
Valencia
where
we
were
greeted
by
Maaike.
Her
welcoming,
kind
and
informative
disposition
is
found
only
in
expensive
travel
clubs;
WOW!
As
the
days
went
on,
and
we
ventured
in
to
Valencia,
we
seemed
to
have
a
friend
on
our
phones,
at
all
hours,
guiding
or
informing.
Her
smile
and
problem
solving
skills
were
always
reassuring.
2.
Valola
is
near
the
action,
regardless
of
direction
you
take
when
leave
the
building.
Awesome!
3.
Rooms
are
comfortable
with
a
Dutch
minimalistic
artistic
design,
quite
different
and
welcome
change
from
the
typical
old
Spanish
thing.
The
outlets
and
table
for
your
devices
are
where
they
need
to
be.
One
can
sleep
with
shades
open,
the
sun
will
not
disrupt
your
sleep.
A
TV
would
have
been
nice,
but
we
did
not
spend
much
time
in
the
room.
4.
Access
to
the
rooms
requires
that
you
go
up
a
flight
of
stairs,
if
this
is
not
a
big
deal
to
you,
great!
5.
Security
is
good,
the
city’s
crime
rate
is
insignificant
and
each
patron
needs
to
remember
to
close
the
main
entrance.
We
never
felt
unsafe.
6.
There
is
no
restaurant,
but
with
all
the
wonderful
choices
a
block
away,
you
won’t
miss
it.
Coffee
is
down
the
hallway,
help
yourself.
Don’t
know
how
to
use
a
Nespresso
machine,
no
worries,
Maaike
has
a
radar
that
detects
when
you
need
help
and
appears
just
in
time
to
help,
smile,
blame
the
machine
and
make
you
feel
smart.
7.
The
bed,
is
one
big
bed,
awesome!
Duvet
was
the
bomb
as
were
the
pillows.
8.
Cleaning
service:
shut
up
and
enjoy,
it
was
better
than
Inspirato.
9.
If
you
like
to
complain
in
order
to
get
a
discount,
cause
it
makes
you
feel….
Whatever;
don’t
go.
You’ll
be
hard
pressed
to
find
it
and
the
rest
of
the
visitors
will
avoid
you.
Everyone
we
met
at
Valola
was
sooo
nice!!!
This
alone
is
worth
the
visit.
10.
Don’t
expect
ocean
views
or
magnificent
city
landscapes;
the
building
is
located
in
one
of
the
many
charming
alley
ways
facing
other
buildings
or
churches.
I
highly
recommend
this
place,
hope
you
meet
Maaike
and
I
hope
she
stops
working
so
hard.
