Great accommodation in the heart of Valencia. Walking distance from many places as well as it being easy to catch a taxi. Rooms were decent size. The only issue we had was the smell of sewage in the apartment when we would come in from outside. It was really bad so we had to make sure the toilet doors were closed. The water pressure in the shower was also an issue if 2 people showered at once. Great service from Monica on WhatsApp, really attentive to all our needs. Thank you!

Amazing location, our apartment was really nice, spacious and clean. The staff were also so friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend and if I ever return I will stay here again!!

The apartment was perfect: large, clean, with all the necessary amenities like shower, microwave, stove, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, wifi etc. The staff was very polite, and the location is just in the city center, which is really convenient. I really enjoyed my stay :)

TOTAL SCAM. We stayed at Macflats in Valencia last year in October. Horrible stay. The room smelled of mold and you could not open the window as it was just about a restaurant‘s ventilation system … puuhhh. I was worried about my kids health. On top my wife forgot her Air Pods Pro in the apartment. When we checked we were assured they have been found and would be returned. I then had to send them a 20 EUR DHL stamp for the return of the headphones. Even after checking ten times they were never returned. When I visited Valencia again to pick up the headphones myself I was told the headphones are now lost. Seems somebody at Macflats is enjoying nice AirPods … NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The people here made the hotel! The first person we met got us a crib and wash basin for our baby. Very friendly and very close to a ton of restaurants and things to do. We walked everywhere. Thank you!

The apartments are beautiful, and the location is unmatched. The manager and cleaning staff were also helpful: I left behind a piece of clothing, they were kind enough to assist me in delivering it back to my place. I appreciate their cooperation and professionalism! Great customer service!

Very nice place in a very city central location! Easy to move from and for any direction by bus or metro, but doing some steps in Valencia is always the best way to visit the city. The Manager and the staff are wonderful people end very polite and proactive to help in any situation. Thank you Alicia and José Luis !
