Disappointing
experience.
We
arrived
late
on
a
Friday
night
and
had
a
nice
welcoming,
as
we
entered
the
apartment
(purple)
the
AC
was
switched
on
by
the
host,
after
settling
down
and
after
1
hour
we
began
to
realize
that
the
AC
isn't
cooling
at
all.
So
here
we
begin,
I
contacted
the
host
and
informed
him
about
our
issue,
the
response
was:
"sorry,
but
it
is
hard
to
get
a
maintenance
guys
on
Saturdays"
so
I
told
him
that
this
is
disappointing
because
we
haven't
slept
well
the
first
night
because
it
felt
like
sauna
(room
thermostat
reads
30
degrees
🔥),
and
then
I
demanded
compensation.
They
gave
me
three
options:
1-
A
refund
of
200€
2-
leave
the
apartment
and
get
a
full
refund
(except
the
first
day)
3-
wait
till
Sunday
4pm,
we
found
a
maintenance
guy.
So
we
chose
the
last
option,
Sunday
comes
"oh
sorry
but
the
maintenance
guy
isn't
answering"
!!!!!
We
tried
looking
for
other
properties
but
it
was
somewhat
impossible.
So
we
were
left
with
no
other
option
other
than
the
refund
and
sleeping
in
the
sauna
apartment.
THIS
IS
A
PERSONAL
EXPERIENCE,
there
are
good
and
bad
things
that
I
didn't
mention.
