This a very regular youth hostel, great for location be in terms of cleanliness it was just not great. We understand the idea of shared bathroom but that one was not getting cleaned for more than 24h, also visitors are not respecting the quiet hours at all and AC was not working.

I loved the stay in this hotel! Super friendly staff, they allowed us to leave the baggage till the midnight the next day, which was absolutely amazing. Rooms are clean, common spaces as well and the location is just incredible - it's basically based in the old town, you can get to main attractions in 5-10 min of walk :)

The service and the staff was very good, and very helpful. The location was also good. Very close to the cathedral and other important landmarks. The okish, the bathroom was quite small with a weird concave floor. Biggest complaint was the mattress, it was borderline acceptable. The mattress was sank in the center, I think they should replace those. The room had air-conditioning, which was controlled from the reception. It was included in the price coffee and softdrinks in the morning for breakfast.

i had a great experience at the hostel. i stayed only one night in a 6 bed female dorm and all went well. there is someone at the reception 24h and they were very attentive and nice. you can rent a towel and there are lockers in the dorms, to keep your stuff safe. they also have a storage room for your luggage and a little terrace to chill. felt safe as a solo female traveller :)

I stayed in an all female dorm and it was great. Of course, there’s not much privacy but the beds are comfy which is the most important! The en-suite bathroom was small but had everything you needed. Lockers were spacious, they lock using a 1€ coin. AC worked perfectly which was a blessing!! The only downside was the broken window shade but it didn’t matter that much. Bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner too but I’ve definitely had worse. There are a lot of common areas to meet people, free breakfast and vending machines to buy drinks. The location was just the best! It’s just a short walk to Plaza de la Reina and there’s a bunch of restaurants, cafés and bars around. Metro is about a 15 min (very scenic) walk away and the tram is even closer. So many options for going out at night and the hostel provided info on free walking tours. The staff was also super friendly, check-in and check-out was very quick and they answer any question you might have. It’s also possible to rent towels for 2€.

This hostel is golden! Very tidy spaces, chill, friendly team. The location couldn’t be more central, is yet in a calm small street. If you want to get social, people are often hanging in the kitchen/living room area. There are free tours and pub crawls organised right from this hotel (tour was very nice! Pub crawl I slept through). I am coming back!

Fairly clean, old, staff very nice, kitchen and common area to get to know people, i wouldn’t stay here for a long time but it was pretty nice, relatively cheap. Located in old town of Valencia. Close to a lot of bus stops. No curtains for the bed so no privacy but average people here are nice and respectful. I’ve definitely been in better but this is good for the price. Lockers very spacious, need a one euro coin to lock it and a bathroom in every room, every floor and at the reception.

Very kind, but many drawbacks - 1) no towel 2) weak WIFI 3) no curtain or private space so poor quality of sleep

The hostel is nice and very good located. About 2 minutes and you can be on Plaza de la Virgen. Carrefour Express is very close too. I got there from bus station on foot. The staff is helpful. I like pretty blond girl there… There is a nice terrace on the roof. You can meet people in the kitchen or living room and maybe find somebody for walking. Maybe they should add curtains to beds. It would be more intimate in rooms then. I can recommend the hostel. It’s a good place to stay for a few days. Enjoy Valencia!

For short stays it is super good, the staff is very friendly and the price you pay adjusts to the hostel. Every day they clean and the bathroom is inside the room. My room had 8 beds (although I had no problem with the roommates) I wish it had been only men and not mixed, but overall it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The worst experience I ever had. We booked a private bedroom and found it open after leaving our things and going to visit the city. When I explained this to the staff they didn’t care. We believe we are missing money, we asked if the cleaning services maybe opened the room but no answer, no help. We do not recommend this place at all. Rooms are not clean, it’s very noisy and it’s not even safe.

Great location, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Not the best hostel for meeting other solo travellers but no complaints otherwise.

It was recommended to me by a friend and I took it for a last night in Spain before my flight. Check-in was nice and friendly, I had booked a room with 6 beds, female only with en suite bathroom. The hostel is very central and has a very nice rooftop, they have very nice common areas. Unfortunately I find myself sharing my feedback and lowering the stars because after I checked in the room they had assigned me the light didn't work, it was a problem they knew about before I checked in and nobody told me, I couldn't rest in the afternoon because I had maintenance workers coming and going from the bedroom. I asked the receptionist what could be done about the problem and she was able to advise me only on the shared bathroom, when it started to be dark I couldn't even see my suitcase. I didn't feel understood and safe, because my bedroom was always open and I didn't find the communication functional to find a solution. I do know that many problems can happen, but it's how you try to solve them and how the customer can feel understood that makes the difference. I wanted to make a great review, but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. I wanted to do it to help for improving communication and advise new guests.

It's a good place to stay and the stuff is very kind, but the kitchen is poor in utensils

Who the hell designed the sinks in the bathrooms?? No matter what you're doing, you'll get water everywhere. The bathrooms were rather cramped, probably uncomfortable for a bigger person. Perks of being 5'7! Apart from the minor bathroom issues, no complaints. I didn't really mind the layout in the rooms and I don't see any other way they could optimize the space they have. The beds were fine, decent Wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, spacious lockers in the rooms. The air conditioning was a real blessing during a week with temperatures hitting the mid-30s. The location was absolutely perfect, truly living up to the hostel's name. The staff was friendly and they were flexible with check-out and with holding my bags, which I appreciated!

Booked the hostel for a group of 16. Marta was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The hostel is in an amazing location right in the heart of the old town with plenty of sites near it. Both of our 8-bed rooms had two en-suite bathrooms which was a plus. On the whole, I'd recommend booking this hostel if you're in a group and want to make the most out of your time in Valencia.

Hotels in general are very expensive in Valencia, so I tried this hostel as the last one was well provided and organised, but this one was close to a disaster, people get in making too much noise, the toilets are too small, can barely move and you get water spitting everywhere because the washbasin is small. There are no napkins in the kitchen when you order delivery food to eat in the open area.

Was willing to overlook that they advertised having towels for rent and then not having any (because the red headed woman on reception was lovely and tried her best to help me), but my experience of the kitchen and staff on the last day tainted my view. Went to make my breakfast at 7:45 and one of the staff told me the kitchen was closed, so I went into the common room instead to get juice. There was bread and cheese out next to the communal coffee and juice machines so I figured she wanted me to make food there instead, so I started to. She then got annoyed and called over another member of staff who told me ‘it’s not possible’ for me to be in there because the food belongs to ‘them’ (points vaguely at everyone else in the room). Turns out they closed the whole communal area for a private group from midnight until 8am! Not thrilled that suddenly the rest of the hostel aren’t allowed to use the communal facilities, and especially disappointed that they made such a fuss over 15 minutes. Tried to go to the roof terrace so I had somewhere to go without waking up the rest of my room, and it was closed too - if you’re going to close the main communal space, the very least you can do is open the other one! Shame because the location was very good, and that one nice receptionist was great.

One of the worstest hostels I've ever been recently, completely old, needs a renovation URGENTLY, dirty, but really dirty, the mattress is not even a mattress, it's just a foam, sheets are bad, bathroom is really small and unclean. Really, it's HORRIBLE this hostel, I have no idea how can be 3,7, for me it's a 1

Very nice hostel. It has friendly staff. They also have a delicious breakfast. The hostel has a great location for exploring the city as well as enjoying the nightlife. If you are going to Valencia, I highly recommend this hostel.

The beds are not that great, but at least there are good lockers, power outlets and individual lights for everyone. Best place to meet people and perfect location in the centre of the old town. I thought it was very affordable and you can't expect more for that price.

Very tight rooms, the beds are cramped to put the most possible, beds are small ( if you're more than 1,75m you will have your feet and/or head on the iron bars. Bathroom are so small you have to get in the shower to close the door to go to the toilet or the sink, and taking a shower is complicated if you're any bigger that a size "top model". Don't expect a good breakfast, white and brown looking bread with butter or jam and a sour fruit juice. However, very nicely situated, very close to nice bars and Cafe, a lot of good option for breakfast in the area, even in a hurry. Staff is very friendly. Beds are confortable when you drink enough aqua de Valencia. 😉

Make sure you ask to have the AC turned on in summer, we were baking like a couple of potatoes in the room! But once it was turned on it was all good. The staff were very friendly and the room was fine, it even had a tele! The rooftop is pretty cool too.

It's a nice hostel in a good location and at a reasonable price. The toilets and showers are really small on the fourth floor but fine on all the rest. The common room feels a bit like a doctors waiting room... it's small and a bit clinical as it's in the same room as the dining tables and it's all very white... but the roof terrace is really nice to sit on when it's sunny.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, can't say the same about the instalations, the kitchen is rather small and often a mess, there's a lot of people from all over the place so it's a great spot to make friends and very central so loads of pubs around to go out and try some local night life.. all in all not a bad experience, just a bit true to its low budget status. But the staff and the friendly environment more than makes up for everything.

As far as accommodation goes… It provides a roof over your head, toilets, showers and coffee I arrived and my bed had a (urine?!) puddle soaked into it. The room keycards dont work if “you put them in your pocket with your phone or wallet”… apparently my fault but reception fix this for free. They say the fix this “40 times a day”… Surely theres a better system?! The nightlife vibe of the hostel is definitely dull compared to other hostels i’ve been too. It’s accomodation and accomodation only. Good location in the Valencia Old Town but otherwise, pretty disappointing.

I had a private room for two nights, travelling with a baby, and it was beyond perfect. Location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Wifi is free and fast. Staff are the nicest I’ve ever met. If you’re rooming with other travelers it’s a very fun experience to talk with people from all around the globe. Be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo, can rent a towel for €2. My room looked like prison but I was totally cool with it since hostel is situated in such a beautiful part of Valencia. AC is super cold at night which is nice since it’s so hot outside. Laundry is super expensive so be careful.

Great option to stay in Valencia. Perfect location, very good price to value ratio. The rooms should be bigger (or offered for smaller number of people). On the other hand, there are private bathrooms in the rooms which is an advantage. Generally clean but the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly.

This hostel has everything we needed. We went on the pub crawl where we met up with other hostels in the area so we ended up in a squad of like 50 people but it was a great way to meet people! It was in a good location and the room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

I stayed one day and when I was there, the waters stopped. It was awful... But the rooms are good enough. Location is perfect. You can feel comfortable even you come here at night. Room was also quite old. Worth it's money

This is a lovely location, close to the cathedral and loads of bars, so in the evening, it really comes to life. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. I have stayed in quite a few hostels, but my room here was by far the smallest, with only just enough space to walk down the side of the bed to the locker. I think you have to ask at reception for aircon, which wasn't ideal - I didn't sleep at all for the heat in the room. That said, if you ask for aircon before going to bed and are ok with a small room, this is perfect!

  • 4/5 viK 1 year ago on Google
The principal negative aspect is that there was too much climatisation and the second is that the rooms are not perfectly made for meeting new people and it was soft : black and white (the decoration). But that's a detail because otherwise, this is really well-located, the staff people are really really nice and it's pretty clean!

  • 5/5 Sjender De B. 2 years ago on Google
The stay here was simply amazing. From the moment I stepped in I immediately felt at home. The hostel felt like one big family. Never before have I had so many homemade meals together at a hostel as here. The staff was very willing and capable. Special shout-out goes out to Marta who went above and beyond to help you out with whatever question you had. Incomparable personal approach which was a delightful breath of fresh air. Truly made my stay in Valencia an unforgettable experience.
