Extraordinary service with attention to the smallest detail. We have recently traveled to València and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Me and my wife were absolutely amazed by the professionalism and commitment to the guest in this hotel. I simply mentioned upon arrival that this was a part of our honeymoon and they brought a bottle of Cava to our room as a compensation! It really felt like in a movie and my wife was so pleased and surprised! Thank you! The rooms were super clean - spotless - smelt nice - even the kettle was clean inside and replaced every morning! - the bathroom was very elegant and fancy as well as a big comfy bed with selection of pillows. We recommend the balcony room option as this goes out to a beautiful small street with A part of an old church in front. One weak spot was the breakfast which we ate at the last day - not very tasty, but all in all - this is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. All the amenities were present such as bath rugs, towels, hotel flip flops, even a Combe, toothbrush, shaving razor with a shaving cream

I had a delightful stay at this boutique hotel nestled in Valencia's charming Old City Center. The rooms were immaculately clean and elegantly designed. It felt like a cozy home away from home. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to their unwavering professionalism throughout my stay, I felt like a valued guest. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries, and their genuine friendliness and welcoming nature made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant is a culinary delight! I had the pleasure of trying their breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings, and each meal was a feast for the senses. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. For lunch and dinner, I highly recommend booking in advance, as this spot is a magnet for both locals and tourists alike. The bustling atmosphere in the restaurant added to the overall experience, and I could see why it gets busy.

Very interesting entrance. You think it’s a restaurant but on the side is the lobby, so small and cute. Very Welcoming Staff, offers free welcome drinks & 10% on F&B. There for anything you need. Small rooms but they are gorgeous! And the washroom is amazing and well spaced!! Would recommend. However very difficult to access parking and to get to this by car since all one lane roads surround it.

We visited Hotel Helen Berger on July 2021. Hotel location is almost perfect and rooms are provided with everything you need. However, we unfortunately had some bad experiences: 1) The room we bought was not the same we were given, and they told us that the room we reserved online was not possible. 2) Breakfast was OK and gluten free/celiac friendly, however, service was sometimes very very slow. 3) We were 3 people in the room but we never had 3 towels, 3 cups of tea, or anything, although we asked repeatedly for this. The boutique hotel is architecturally very nice, unfortunately that also meant a very small slow elevator.

Great boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant. We loved nearly everything about this very well situated hotel. The restaurant downstairs is a must try; service is on the slower side at breakfast but we weren’t in a hurry so didn’t mind. Rooms are quite small but very well equipped. Also worth noting that housekeeping stops after 2pm which we found out the hard way one day. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

This hotel deserves to be a 5-star! It's a beautiful boutique hotel in central Valencia, with a cosy, yet modern feel to it. The rooms are amazing and the restaurant is brilliant too, one of the best meals I had in Valencia. The location is ideal. We came here after a terrible experience at another hotel in Valencia, and they made us feel extremely welcomed (thank you Sofia!) and helped in any way they could. The customer service is really top-notch across the board. We had one of the rooms with a balcony, which I would recommend. The rooms are bit on the smaller side, but still perfect.

Tiny hotel. shared space: reception, restaurant, and bar, uncomfortable. Small rooms (extra small), the door of the bathroom doesn’t work I thought I was getting stuck there 3 times, the walls are like papers you can hear everything. We had a balcony where you can hear all the staff smoking and talking. Not coming back definitely.

Really loved this hotel - very modern with a townhouse feel. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location right by the medieval area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great food and coffee - love that the restaurant downstairs doesn’t have that “hotel canteen feel” is super cosy and the lift to the rooms is hidden. Would highly recommend! Only limit is that the rooms weren’t huge and it would be nice to have breakfast incorporated into the stay.

Great hotel right in the centre of Valencia within walking distance of Old Town, Metro, etc.. Very cool bar area popular with locals for both food (excellent) and drink, and it's very busy. Friendly staff and the rooms were very clean and fresh - just a little small, which is why it's 4 stars instead of 5. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay here again if I was having a short stay in the city.

Cozy hotel decorated in mid century flair. Delicious breakfast and coffees. Friendly staff. No parking at available at hotel and nearest parking garage can be challenging to find. Steps from restaurants and shopping.

We stayed in Room 204. Let's begin by saying Whatsapp rules in Spain. Almost every business is on WhatsApp. So, if you don't have a calling plan and just a data plan when traveling Spain, at least download WhatsApp. This hotel was active on WhatsApp and would respond promptly. Hotel staff was courteous enough to have our sofa bed prepared prior to our arrival. About our room, modern, very well maintained, great amenities, awesome staff. Just the exterior windows could use some better sound proofing, but can't ask for more in these older buildings when retrofitted and modernized. Some might say their rooms were smaller, I would say they were adequate. The hotel downstairs serves good food and great coffee.

I needed a room for 1 night, it was available. The room was clean, very comfortable, very comfortable beds. Very good location, very quiet. The room was relatively small, the bathroom and especially the shower are fantastic, very nice and spacious. All the personnel seemed to speak good English (the young and polite Spanish lady at reception was an exceptional English speaker). I didn't try the restaurant (I arrived around 23:00, I left around 08:30 AM). In the night there were plenty of customers at the restaurant, I will take that as a very good indication of the restaurant quality. While not the most "posh" hotel, it is nice and I loved the close location to Estacion Norte. If I would have stayed longer, I would have also appreciated being in the city center. Far from the sea side though. Oh, I received "by default" 2 key cards for my room, it is the first time when this is offered to me without me even asking. Recommended and I would gladly use their services again, it was a nice experience. I did not try the internet service (so I will not speak about it), they offer free wifi connectivity.

Superb boutique hotel. All the staff were super helpful and friendly - a warm and welcoming arrival. Lovely decor, great location and food was fantastic. A calm, restful location, amongst a beautiful city.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel ! We had to stay last minute due to cancelled flight but staff were so accommodating. I left my bag in a taxi in the rush and the lovely front desk lady called around for me meaning I could get it back. They go the extra mile. Clean room and perfect location.

Hotel Helen Berger was a great place to stay. It was very central to all the main tourist attractions. The hotel room was excellent with loads of above average amenities like huge TV, Bluetooth Speaker, fridge and many complimentary products for your stay. The food at the hotel was great and I would highly recommend it but the most pleasant thing about our stay was the staff. They went out of their way to help in many ways. They provided us with maps and directions to the local tourist attractions. They booked a boat trip for us and when we had a dispute with the company they emailed them on our behalf and secured a refund. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one and I can't recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely stay again and would like to thank Valerian for his help in suggesting attractions to go to as well as noting the bus to take there and back. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. You will not be disappointed with your stay or the service at Hotel Helen Berger.

Stolen clothes! A very disappointing stay! I have loved this hotel since I first stayed a couple of years ago. I have stayed several times and recommended it to friends and family, I live in Spain and often use the restaurant. I recently stayed on 2nd July as I had tickets for the Ballet! The trip started well with lunch in the HB restaurant and then off to the opera house, the next morning I checked out and a few hours later realised on my way home I had left two reasonably expensive items of clothing in the wardrobe. I immediately called the hotel and they checked the room but the items were gone. I can only assume they were found by the housekeeper but not handed in! Unfortunately now I cannot stay in the hotel again as I cannot trust the staff that my personal belongings would be safe! I did get a call from the hotel manager but so far they have been of no help with no solution to the issue! I have worked in the hotel industry for 20 years and it has never happened to me before! Do not leave any valuables in this hotel!

Hotel Helen Berger is an absolute star - her people, the property and restaurant offer a complete experience for travelers and locals alike. Located at the heart Valencia’s old town, the property offers great walkability to most sights but you’d be hard pressed to leave the hotel with its dreamy little reastaurant-bar and comfy sheets. The restaurant is equal parts competent and finessed in its cooking; staff were fab. The team went the extra mile for guests running the Valencia Marathon that weekend with a surprise customized running top and a goodie bag. Post-race, they even surprised us with a free 30 minute massage. These little thoughtful gestures are truly what makes Hotel Helen Berger an absolute standout. A special shoutout to the incredible hotel manager Sandra Bartolomé. She was practically on top of everything and her warm hospitality is the sparkle that defines Hotel Helen Berger. Nice one.

Small and cozy boutique hotel in the city centre of Valencia with modern rooms. The staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant is good and they offer room service too which is quite nice. Only downside I can think of is that the street can be a bit noisy in the evenings and mornings.

Everything from the moment we checked in was excellent. The staff are all a delight, helpful courteous and happy. Location of the hotel is perfect in a quite side street a short walk from a number of great attractions. Restaurant and bar are really very very good- food is excellent. Room was very comfortable , very good silent air conditioning, superb bed and shower. Can’t wait to go back.

Loved this hotel- location was great, loved the outdoor terrace in the penthouse room, and staff was very hospitable, especially Robi in the dining room and the gentleman working at the lobby desk basically every day we stayed there. All the desk staff was friendly and helpful, and servers too, but these two really went above and beyond The skylight in the bedroom was nice, but made it a little difficult to sleep especially with a full moon outside. It would be nice if it had a cover. Breakfast was a little limited in terms of selections and variety, but was a good value overall. Dinner was delicious and we had great service at all hours of the day There is a strange sewer smell in the hallway in the morning, but it seems to be unavoidable in many parts of the city. Couldn’t really smell it in the room, and I think the hotel does what it can to keep it manageable, but it was definitely noticeable. The room and hotel were impeccably clean and house keeping was excellent

Great hotel, perfect location to explore the city without being stuck in one of the super busy tourist streets, incredibly helpful staff, very clean and modern rooms! The adjacent restaurant/ bar were a nice extra. Would return any time.

Excellent welcome and check in experience from the chap on the front desk. Double room with balcony was lovely with a great shower and really comfy bed. The balcony was nice, and the room was quiet overnight and also stayed nice and cool thanks to the good AC. The hotel is really stylish throughout and designed with nice colour schemes. Breakfast (ordered from a menu) was juice, coffee, fruit/yoghurt, croissant and your choice of a few different items with toast. Great location - easy walking distance to lots of sights, bars and restaurants, and a 4 minute walk to the metro station that'll take you dorectly to the airport. Perfect stay all round and I wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Great Boutique Hotel with modern rooms and a lounge-style restaurant/bar/cafe. Good breakfast, just 1-2 waiters were a bit confused to serve the right food orders. No worries, they compensate by being super friendly. Rooms very clean, however a bit on the small side. 2 small recommendations: Please add tissue boxes to rooms (4 stars hotel). Minibar inside wardrobe is overheating as there are no ventilation openings, waste of energy and fridge might die soon.

Beautiful, amazing hotel. Probably actually the best in town at the moment. Great rooms, great service, great staff, young but well prepared and willing to help. Everyone speaks English. The rooms are very nice and clean, truly amazing the suits on the rooftop. The road underneath is surprisingly quite and silent although it's in the old city center. The restaurant is adorable. Local clients as well as tourists. Very positively animated at night. Should just change menu a little more often. Only weak point is breakfast, no buffet and a very limitate menu. Shame for such a high quality hotel. Personally I've been here 4 times since March, and never even thought of changing location. Highly recommended

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room we stayed in was nicely decorated and immaculately clean. The location is perfect for us; close to Barri Del Carmen without the busy tourism.

I loved staying at this boutique hotel. The location was smack in the middle of Valencia, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was excellent. What really stood out was the hotel's manager, Caterina. She was incredibly helpful and gracious, answering numerous questions, providing restaurant recommendations, and even retrieving bicycles from the storage room. She is a real asset for the hotel.

My friend and I stayed one night to this hotel. It is lovely decorated, the bar is stunning and the room pretty big. The front office team was really nice and helpful. I 100% recommand, plus the quality /price ratio is unbeatable!! I'll be back :)

Perfect Boutique Hotel in the heart of Valencia. Beautifully designed exterior and interiors, spotless rooms. Super helpful, patient and friendly reception that managed our restaurant-, sights- and even bicycle bookings and made us enjoy their city. Highly recommended, thank you for this wonderful stay in Valencia 👏

Excellent in every way. This hotel and its restaurant are perfect in it's central location, spectacular decor & amenities, and the top level service. The restaurant has beautiful ambience and offers an exquisite menu with an extensive wine and cocktails selection. The staff of the restaurant make you feel right at home and at ease the entire time. Came here with my husband for date night and the experience was so great that we returned with friends on a separate occasion. Both times we were delighted! Thank you to all the servers who are so friendly, efficient and professional. Ps. The Patatas Bravas are a must try.
