Finding an apartment in a country whose language you don't yet speak can be more than a little challenging. But Margarita made the process much less stressful. She has lived here for twenty years, speaks five languages, and welcomes the opportunity to help foreigners find their homes in Valencia. Highly recommend.

My 3 night stay Margarita’s B&B couldn’t have been better. An easy/ flat 25 minute walk from the train station. Restaurants, bars, centre of old town 5 min away. It’s extremely clean, quiet, most comfy bed ever, great wifi, breakfasts are outstanding and above all Margarita’s hospitality - unmatched!! You won’t go wrong here.

Spent 6 nights with my family and had a great time. Our apartment was very spacious, charming and homely, with little balconies to the front and rear. It is set within a quiet quarter yet just a few minutes from the main squares and is a perfect base a for exploring the historical centre and main attractions. Margarita is a superb host - warm, welcoming and informative, providing useful tips on things to do and the local area. The Spanish breakfast provides a hearty start to each morning (her homemade omelette is delicious!). All in all, our stay here felt like a home from home and it is easy to see why guests return here too. Highly recommend this B and B. Thanks Margarita:)

Margarita is a thoughtful and helpful host. She welcomed us after our long international flight with a greeting from the window above the little plaza and then with fresh coffee and creamy French toast fingers. She has many suggestions on where to go and how to get there. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. Portable room A/C and big quiet fans are on hand and a godsend in July. There's access to a full kitchen on Floor 2 (3 for Americans), including a fridge, microwave, washer and outdoor clothesline. There's a balcony to enjoy your wine and snacks. Some rooms have ensuite baths, others share, but the overall feeling is one of relaxed privacy. A delicious full Spanish breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. It's a 5 minute walk to Cathedral Square, Plaza de la Vergin, the Rio Turia Parco, taxi stands, bus stops, and 10 minutes to the huge Central Mercado. We wouldn't look anywhere else to stay if/when we return to València.

If I could give six stars to our hostess, I would. Margarita is incredibly kind and attentive, and she gave us some fabulous recommendations for things to do in Valencia. Plus, the breakfasts she makes are out of this world! The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and well located, and each room has it own delightful character. If I ever come back to Valencia, I'll book this place again in a heartbeat.

I spent one week at Valencia Arthouse and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Margarita is a wonderful and dedicated host. She gives great recommendations, has an eye for all the details and makes sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Her Spanish breakfast is a great start in the morning and gives you the chance to meet fellow travellers. She created a very special place to stay in Valencia. The location itself is just perfect, everything is within walking distance. I would come back and book with her again anytime, muchas gracias!

This is simply the best place for me to be in Valencia. Clean, in the heart of the city center, spacious and nicely decorated. Margerita is a flexible and multilingual super host who will guarantee a perfect stay at her B&B.

We recently moved to Valencia and were booked to stay at the Valencia Arthouse while we were looking for an apartment. Upon arrival, Margarita sat down and chatted with us about what we were looking for and things we were interested in. She helped us to narrow down a few areas to look for apartments based on our conversation. Boy was she right! We originally thought we knew exactly where we wanted to live and even had an apartment lined up to visit. She suggested we take a walk to the apartment and walk all around town to get a feel for it. Once we did that, we realized it was more industrial that what we were looking for. We took her advice and let her show us some apartments (she has lots of connections) and we are so happy to have found our new home. She set up all the appointments and went with us to view every apartment. She even went with us to order a new bed and set up the delivery since we are just learning Spanish. There were so many things that we were unaware of even after having done loads of research about moving to Spain. We just didn't realize how some things are done here, but Margarita walked us through every step. We are happy in our new apartment, but still call Margarita with questions and she is always happy to help. We researched several relocation services and she is by far the cheapest and super knowledgeable. She adds a personal touch to everything and makes you feel right at home. For example, I have some food allergies, but I didn't mention them to her. She noticed that there were some things I didn't eat at breakfast and asked me what I would like from then on. When she noticed that my husband likes persimmons, she made sure she had them every morning for him. We were excited to get into our new apartment, but it was sad to leave the B & B after our great experience there. We felt like family from the first day we got there!

Awesome experience! I would definitely recommend The Valencia Arthouse The Valencia Arthouse is a quirky, cozy and welcoming B & B that’s in a great location. It’s close to lots of interesting museums, monuments, historical churches, great restaurants, local bars and plenty of shops. Everything is easily within walking distance from the B & B. Our hostess, Margarita, gave us a printout with great suggestions of restaurants and what their specialty was along with the prices and locations. You are right in the middle of everything, but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. Every morning Margarita prepared a huge Spanish breakfast and we chatted with the other guests. This turned out to be one of the best things about staying at The Arthouse. We all talked about what we had done the day before or what our plans were for that day. Often we ended up changing our plans after hearing about something someone else did that sounded like fun. It’s obvious from the decor that Margarita has traveled all over the world and collected artwork from places she has been. If you ask her about her travels, she will describe them and show you something that she brought home as a souvenir. She speaks five languages so it wasn’t a problem talking with other guests from different countries. She makes everyone feel comfortable and included. If you have an dietary restrictions, she will take care of it. If you have questions, she will make suggestions. The Arthouse is about a five minute walk from the Turia River Park which you don’t want to miss. It’s a huge beautiful park where you can see all types of classes, demonstrations, games, dancing, just about anything. There are lots of bike, jogging and walking paths. If you are undecided about how to spend your day, ask Margarita for some suggestions. There’s nothing she can’t help you with. I highly recommend the Valencia Arthouse!

(Translated by Google) It was a joy to stay in Margherita's B&B for 5 days. We were a group of 7 people and had access to 2 apartments in the same building. A beautiful, colorful location right in the old town, with spacious and very clean rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast with homemade Spanish delicacies and the warm, casual atmosphere. This location is very suitable for small groups (or families) and a good starting point for the many sights in Valencia and close to the terraces in the old town.

Please stay that way! Simply perfect! Absolutely a special experience! If you like modern and pragmatic, you should rather stay in a concrete bunker. The 'Valencia Arthouse' is a living museum in a positive sense! Really impressively beautiful, interesting, international and absolutely worth seeing! The B&B is located directly in the historical centre of Valencia. Very easy to reach from the airport, bike rental @rentbikevirgen & @bikeguyvlc for an awesome bike tour !!.... and all you need is around the corner. The apartment we booked was great and even had its own bathroom for each room! Everything is very lovingly designed and well equipped down to the smallest detail. The beds are very comfortable. We were surprised by the extensive service. Shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, sun cream, shaving foam... simply everything is available. Every guest gets new towels every day, fresh water and even the rooms are cleaned again and again as if they had just moved in. A small balcony invites you to relax with a glass of wine. Breakfast is the best we've been offered on our travels. Huge selection at the table together with other international guests, and above all everything freshly prepared by the lovely owner. Every day she pampers her guests with different delicacies, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Of course there is real porcelain and good cutlery. This is the highlight of every day's holiday in this little Valencia paradise. The owner's helpfulness is unsurpassed: she is very attentive, gives recommendations for food, various activities, visits, walks, even laundry service during longer stays and finally also storage of luggage on departure including the organization of a suitable taxi. Just enjoy all the different amenities, these are the unforgettable experiences in Margaritas B&B and in this beautiful city! Thank you very much for everything. See you soon, Undine and the whole family ;-)

Margarita runs a great B&B...the breakfasts are a major meal and she is so attentive and kind. Our room is comfy and quiet and she cleans every day! Her concern is that you have a great time during your stay in Valencia. The other guests we've met here so far have also been great. Would highly recommend.
