My friends and I visited your venue to celebrate my birthday, but the service quality of service did not meet our expectations. Initially, due to the large number of people, the waitstaff's service was quite delayed, leading to extended wait times. Additionally, the waiter was inattentive to our requests and showed negligence in providing service. I would be grateful if you could tackle this matter and provide some type of compensation, like a discount for our next visit or a partial refund for the meal. My family and I visited Anor Kafe to celebrate a special occasion, but our experience was far from satisfactory. Our orders took more than an hour to arrive, and when they did, the food was cold. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive and did not apologize for the delay. This is not the level of service I expected from a restaurant with your reputation. Fantastic option for tourists, very friendly staff who speak English and good value. Vegetarian options including lentil soup, salad, cheese pide and veggie pizza. We came everyday!

I felt compelled to write a review. A real highlight of Marghilan! Excellent food, amazing service and a really vibrant atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone passing through town

Genuinely welcoming with friendly staff with some English spoken. We found some decent vegetarian options which were very tasty. We appreciated the sweet clove tea and chocolates on arrival. Nice relaxed vibe, with locals too. Also has a small soft play area for young kids.

Probably not a good time to choose 1pm on a Friday, the staff seemed to be rushing around like headless chickens! I was disappointed not to see baklava and Turkish coffee, all the dishes seemed to be standard Uzbek, lots of shared platters (I was alone)
