wonderful ! ! ! It's very cool, and there's an amazing guide, her accent is also wonderful and he's polite, and the guide's name is Saidkhan. We talked about all sorts of things. I recommend everyone to visit this Silk Factory.

Good tour, cost 30,000 Som. About 30 minute guided tour in English, able to take photos and videos of the process if workers are working, some areas no work was being done others there was. The shop at the end is quite expensive, definitely recommend checking out the store Gold Silk which is 5 min in car away which has same quality silk products at better price

This place was one of the main reasons we visited the Fergana Valley, so the mixed reviews left me feeling a bit nervous about what we would find. Granted, our guide had minimal English but if you have an interest in fabrics, weaving and craft you’ll already have an idea what’s going on and you’ll appreciate the opportunity to learn more. I had done some reading about silk production in Uzbekistan beforehand (Carpet Ride to Khiva) so I understood more of what I was seeing and was able to explain a little to our kids. I think the factory was having some building work done, so we probably missed bits, but I had a very enjoyable time and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming it felt. Very reasonably priced tour, especially as I took so long taking it all in.

The silk factory itself was nice to visit. However the tour with the guide was a disaster. He was barely able to speak English. He became rude when we asked him questions. He also rushed us through the whole tour. His knowledge of the process was also poor. Not recommended.

Wonderful tour provided by English speaking guide. They showed us the entire process. I enjoyed wandering the grounds as much as I enjoyed learning about the weaving of silk. It's a nice old property. It reminded me of New Mexico.

We visited this factory without booking, but some part of the factory was under the renovation, so we couldn't see the whole process. However, we got discount to 20,000 each to enter instead of the nomal price 30,000 soms, and English guide was excellent.
