Raymundo is definitely the waiter you want to ask for, where do I start. Great service above and beyond the food is great. Ribeye cap is phenomenal and there attentiveness is out of this world. If you are in the area Cuerno is a must try.

Excellent service and tasty food. The waiters are super attentive and answer questions about the food easily. The range of good dishes here are wide. From steak to salsas to crispy rice, all is good.

Amazing food, menu and drinks. The concept of providing beer and prosciutto while waiting for your table is marvelous, although that shouldn't be a reason to make people wait over 2 hours. We even saw people with reservation waiting more than 30 minutes to be seated. If you are full then there is nothing wrong to say that. My advice is to improve logistics. People's time must always be respected. I did appreciate the manager on duty helping to get a table after providing feedback of our waiting experience.

Went solo while on a business trip. The menu on the website didn’t have prices so I was skeptical. Went in and sat at the bar. The bartenders were very polite and spoke English well which was a plus. The food is definitely priced higher (almost 2x) than the other restaurants in the plaza but it was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in Guadalajara. Would definitely go back. FYI - if you want a table after 6pm local, it’s best to make a reservation.

Came here for the first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From start to finish everything was spot on. The hostess greeted us and walked us to our table. Told us a little about the restaurant. Our server Jesus Omar arrived instantly after the hostess and presented the menu. He definitely exceeded our expectations! His service was outstanding including the recommendations he offered. Overall I would recommend Cuerno and would most definitely come back again.

Gustavo and Mauricio did such an incredible job of making our experience exceptional. The food...THE FOOD! Some of the best birria I have ever had. ❤️ My husband and I were served like kings and treated to some excellent cuisine! Bravo! We will be back!
