While I was staying in the hotel I noticed that there wasn't really any breakfast area as a picture had showed in Google Maps (there was a little cereal & English muffin station and that's it). There is an outdoor pool (but it wasn't functioning at the time, actually it was being tested for harmful substances at the time and the hotel still let kids play in it! I heard the results came back positive for harmful substances, I hope people don't get sick from it). Half way through our visit one of the sinks started leaking and caused a sour scent. We told the staff about it, they said they would do something about it but didn't do anything. Another thing about this hotel is that the service sucked. The ladies never came to our room to service it or ask us if we needed anything and when WE asked for something they were rude about it. Not to mention we got charged more than the regular price of the hotel. The 2 good things I liked about this hotel was that they allowed pets and the lady at the front desk was nice. In the end I would not come back here again.

Nails sticking out of the carpet, no physical lock on the room door, run down and gross things seeping down the walls and no bathroom door lock. This place would have been fine if I was homeless or a drug addict but I think the room should have been 1/3 the price for how gross it is. This is the only place I've ever been to where a shower would make me feel less clean and I was traveling all day the day before.

This was the absolute worst motel my family and I have ever stayed in. When we booked the room the pictures made it look somewhat decent, but when we got there it was a completely different story. The floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs, there weren’t even the most basic amenities like soap, no TV volume, and my favorite part of the whole stay was when the sink and toilet backed up into the bathtub, which didn’t drain. The location of the motel was sketchy, homeless people/addicts roaming around outside our door day and night, and bullet casings laying all over the parking lot. Even if they offered us a free week I would rather sleep in my car.

This place was SO very disappointing. Going by the pictures on the web site, which looked very nice, clean, well kept, we booked a room for 4 nights, 45 days in advance, paid for in full at the time of booking, room with 2 queen beds. We were coming to attend the Washington State High School Basketball Tournament. Drove 10 hours to get there, once there we had a hard time finding the place because there is no sign easily visible, we were informed they didn't have any more rooms with 2 beds, and we needed to go somewhere else. We settled for a room with 1 bed. What a disappointment. The room was completely different than the rooms in their pictures. These are the things they offered, but where not in the room: No carpet, coffee pot, hairdryer, shampoo, hand towels, bath mat, ice bucket, no breakfast. What we did have was 1 washcloth, 2 plastic cups, 2 working lights. The walls were badly in need of painting, drapes hanging off the rods, no visible sign that could be seen after dark, rude personnel. In short this place would not pass health inspection, and should be closed down. Oh yes, the 4 days we were they they never once cleaned the room, made the beds, brought clean towels and we had to use the same towels for the whole time there TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY!! Sorry I had to give it even 1 star.

Terrible customer service. Upon arrival i saw That the amenities listed online were not available. I requested Politely to have a refund for the stay. The manager came out, the first proble we had is she said β€œyou’re not even parked in a parking spot B****”. Then she told me due to COVID restrictions the amenities weren’t available, and that the website said that. I asked her to show me where it said that. She left for 10 minutes. Came back and said that travel was only allowed if it was essential travel. She demanded proof. That was also not listed on the website. She refused service, refused a refund, and flipped me off as i was Leaving.

This was a GREAT room! Super clean, no smells, great bed. The pool was sparkling. I had a great sleep until there were shots fired in the parking lot at 11:45 PM. I would still stay here again. I liked it.

Shawna, the manager, is amazing. She went above and beyond to help myself and my family as we have been going through a rough time. She does her job well! She works hard, takes her job seriously, and prides herself on a job well done. It's a rougher area in yakima, however, due to Shawna's dedication, I can walk around day or night by myself and I feel safe. The prices are fair (discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays), and they take. Orchestra for those who have them.
