The most disgusting place I think I've ever seen in my life. The bedbugs had a good meal, ME. The people were very noisy, people constantly knocking on my door for cigarettes and things to do drugs. I would recommend to my worst enemy. O yeah, and the owner (LADY) SHE'S A COMPLETE DOUCHEBAG... Would give no starts if I could.

They have bed bugs. Usually we stay at diffrent hotel. On this weekend all hotels were booked. We just needed a place to sleep and rest. When we got to our room we found BED BUGS. I asked the lady in the front for a refund. She got very aggressive. Was yelling no refund!!! I didn't care that it was dirty but with bugs I couldn't risk taking those bugs home!!!DON'T STAY THERE!!! I GIVE THEM -5 STARS.

Most of the rooms are nasty, When we first checked in the beds and sheets were stained They had a cock roach infestion l, instead of management fixing the problem the lady at the front desk said if you don't like it leave. She is very rude. Alot of drug activities and prostitution goes on here. The lady seems like having guests is a total problem and WW3 is gonna happen she doesn't talk she yells and likes to get into you're face. She is also a cop caller and likes to call the cops for any and everything. They overcharge on purpose and likes to kick you out without a refund. She also doesn't like giving receipts once you paid so she can say you didn't pay and kick you out. The owners are aware of the issues and will not handle the problem. This place isn't a place for kids. Unfortunately me and my family lost our home and I lost my job and could only afford to live here.. Never again if I could give this place a 0 rating I would. But at least I can say The male who works in the office Is very nice and haven't had an issue with him. This place isn't worth the time or the money for the nasty roaches and bedbugs. That they refuse the treat but they damn sure don't mind taking your money while charging extra the extra money goes into there pockets. Don't come here try to avoid this place if at all possible

First off, There's roaches and they never really wash the bedding! I went to go lay down and what do I see? A urine outline all over the sheet. Secondly, The manager was very disrespectful! She threatened to call the cops on me just for visiting my parent's. And last, but surely not least I got a voucher to stay there because I had recently become homeless with my husband and newborn child. And as soon as we come to redeem it she declines it harshly with the following "everyone has there own problems" and to basically leave the property. Also during the colder seasons orange liquid comes in through the roof and onto the bed.

Lady was very rude, saying I was a cop and also saying that my hotel voucher that I got from the vets office. was fake. Very rude owner need some physiological help. I was nothing but nice to her I just wanted a space to stay for the night, come on.

This place is unsanitary for one. Two, went to go see a friend of mine who is staying there and not two minutes in the room we hear a knock and an old man yelling saying there are no visitors. I come out at we go back and forth. He brings the manager over and they gave my friend til tomorrow to leave their room. My issue with this place other than the uncleanliness is that the old guy could have politely informed me (who have never been in this place before) that there are no visitors allowed. The manager of the place is unprofessional too. Idk how they are still in business considering how the place is ran.

The location might not be the best that yakima has to offer, but the staff has really cleaned the place up. Follow the rules and you'll have no problem. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful.

I was told about several things to watch out for before coming here and I have yet to have to worry about ay of those concerns. We are coming up on 1 month of being here and I don't have any real complaints. The room we are currently in has a broken heater, but its okay as I have my own personal heaters I'm using. The only downfall to that is we have to be very careful otherwise we trip the brake but it's located in our room so it's easy to fix. Compared to others we have stayed at, they're little too no traffic, it's very quiet for the most part, the staff, especially those staying tight next to me, have been incredibly helpful and very nice. It may not be a 5 star hotel, like the Hilton, but for the price, I recommend staying here!!!
