    The parking attendant suddenly looked suspiciously when he wanted to take pictures at this location.     I was very surprised by the officers at the Pangkah Community Health Center. Mother, I was diagnosed with mild heart swelling. Previously, I had regular check-ups with an internal doctor. On January 2 2024, I asked to move to a doctor who focuses more on the heart. I also brought my mother in case I had to ask for a new referral. But my request was rejected. He said that later the heart doctor would be confused because he had the doctor's notes inside. Even though the name of the hospital already has one data, it is also there on the computer. I'll explain again. Wait for the heart doctor to check it too, check it out. But he said he still couldn't. I was asked to ask for a cardiac referral to an internal doctor. But after I went to the internal doctor, the doctor said I told him to go to the first health facility. Sometimes I'm surprised by community health center officers who don't want to consult first, for example by contacting BPJS. The officer actually said to me like this... bro, he's smarter, studied medicine... I'm not a doctor. But at least I want the best service for my mother. What's wrong?

    Pelayanan buruk,.. obat sudah dikasih dari jam 8an ,mau minta surat keterangan dokter harus disuruh nunggu jam 10, dokternya pun cuek tidak ramah, beda sama puskesmas Kedungbanteng

    It turned out that I wasn't the only one who had difficulty asking for a referral. About a week ago I went to the dentist because of a toothache, after being examined the doctor said that I had to be treated by an oral surgeon, but I had to get a booster vaccine first before I could get a referral. Meanwhile, I haven't had a booster vaccine yet, only recently did I ask for a referral and I was asked for a booster vaccine first, even though I had already been referred to an oral surgery specialist but at other health facilities I didn't have to get a booster vaccine first. In the end I was only given paracetamol. I've used the independent BPJS, I only get paracetamol, if it's like that, it's better to buy it at the pharmacy, you don't have to queue for a long time. Really bad service!!!
